Easy to order at a good price. Usual problem with EVRI delivery, but although delayed a couple of days at least it eventually arrived at our house.
I particularly like the easy to use and store box for the firelighters.

No delivery
Next day delivery is a joke. My parcel is supposed to be with the delivery partner. It has been there more than 10 days but no delivery. I have tried to email the company but their email does not work. I have phoned them to be told we will deal with your delivery next week. NOT GOOD ENOUGH

Great little firelighters. I use 2 beneath a kindling platform with half a woodlet heatlog on top, perfect for my little wood burner. Handy fireside box too. Happy customer. I'll be back!

Ecoblaze & Evri
Since my deliveries have started with Evri, I have had water damage to my firewood, this has happened on the last two of my deliveries. I had no problems at all when dpd were delivering. I will not be using ecoblaze again if evri are delivering my products.

Good products, but packaging could be better
My deliveries tend to get split between DHL for Logs and RUF briquettes and Evri for Nestro.
the logs and RUF are fine, but a few deliveries in a rwo we have had packaging issues with the Nestro. The packaging is torn, and the logs are sometimes damp and leaking sawdust in the delivery driver's car and also my house as I bring them in.
I tried emailing the sales address to advise of the problem and kept getting a failed to send message.
