Excellent customer service
I contacted the customer services team at EKO Home regarding an issue we were experiencing with our sensor bin. The agents I was dealing with (Karen and Lara) were both exceptionally helpful. Throughout the process of resolving our issue, both Karen and Lara were extremely responsive and and continually provided updates on the resolution process. Ultimately, we were sent a replacement lid which resolved the issue - and the whole process was dealt with incredibly efficiently. In our experience, the customer service provided by EKO Home was quite simply second to none. They have a very satisfied customer here! Thank you Karen & Lara!

What a great company. Customer Service was superb - sorted my problem with a (virtual) smile and attention to detail which meant that I got exactly what I needed as quickly as possible. Then a lovely follow up to check everything was as it should be - how often do you get that these days?

Excellent customer support! I had a touch free bin from EKO Home and after an year the sensor on it started malfunctioning. I reached out to them with the order details. They were prompt in their response and Lara from customer support helped in getting a new lid couriered to my address.
Good product and great customer service
You really only know how good a business when something goes wrong. The product I ordered was damaged during transport and next stock only came in a month after. Eko have replied very quickly with pragmatic solutions options, left me to make the choice that’s right for me and delivered everything they promised. Pain free! Always very polite, friendly and prompt.
And finally, the product itself is high quality and exactly as described.

Great EKO Team
Needed to buy a replacement Eko Neo-Cube 18L Recycling unit for my (now discontinued) bin. Emailed EKO Customer Services who replied immediately. Surprisingly the unit was still available at a very reasonable price. They invoiced me & sent it out directly. The whole transaction from requesting the item to actually receiving it only took 3 days. Kept informed by email throughout by a friendly team. A very positive experience!

I'd definitely use this company again. The efficiency and friendliness of the service provided, and the good value of the item I purchased .
The speed of response to my emails, and the despatch of my purchase were excellent.
Both Lara and Karen from Customer Service were extremely helpful throughout the process. They kept me updated throughout the process as to how my order was progressing and answered my follow up questions efficiently and effectively.
The item was reasonably priced and included postage.
The item was delivered within a few working days too.

We ‘lost’ the inner ring from our bin…
We ‘lost’ the inner ring from our bin and Eko customer service were very quick and helpful in replacing it. Quite a pricy part, but cannot fault Karen Sims for keeping us uptodate from initial enquiry through to checking all was ok within minutes of it being delivered. Continuity is so rare these days, so well done Eko and Karen.

Contacted EKO with issue on bin closure. Even though 5 years old, they diagnosed problem and then sent me replacement parts plus video to show how to install. Then followed up to check everything was ok. Great service - above and beyond
