2 weeks and no parcel or refund
Item was quickly dispatched, then went no further than the collection depo, contacted electrical world and was assured it would arrive soon, yet more days passed with the parcel still at the collection depo, so I ordered elsewhere and asked for a refund, was fobbed off with will be with you soon, will follow up etc, so I've filed a PayPal case and the parcel is still in the collection depo 11 days after collection and no follow up, wouldn't recommend this company, refund should have been given after the second failure to sort out the problem

Poor after service on returns.
I ordered two LED tube lights and a defuser. The tubes arrived broken and I sent back the defuser which was no longer required. I lost about £10 on my refund, I presume postage costs. I am also left to dispose of the smashed tubes. Feels odd that I have to pay for stuff that I don't want.

Would not recommend this company
The product I received was not the product that was advertised and was of very poor quality. i paid €24. After many emails I was able to get a return label. It took 3 more weeks to get a refund of €14 after being told I would receive a full refund as the product was wrongly advertised. I will not use this company again.

I can’t believe the good reviews I see here. I ordered product that they never had. Didn’t have it in stock. Waited weeks for it then told they won’t be getting it. They took my money and no product to deliver. I still have not received my money back I will never use this site again

The worst company to work with
The worst company to work with, they take your money then part deliver, they do not advise out of stocks, they then offer refunds 4-6wks later and then again you hear nothing so you have to chase for your money, AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Long waiting time
We purchased 2 redwood 10 9 section tall windbreak on the 26th July. Sent 2 emails of which I get thank you for your purchase. Rang them of which after 5 minutes waiting phone was terminated. I am starting to think this company is a scam. I don't want to buy from else where incase they turn up.
