The worst company I have encountered on the internet
I placed an order, after contacting the company to confirm exactly what items would be supplied.
The delivered goods supplied were 10% of the ordered amount.
When contacted, the owner of the company contradicted the written comfirmation of her own staff.
Electrical World refused to supply the oustanding items and gave me a paultry refund.

Tracking simply didn't work - DELIVERY A SHAMBLES
Tracking simply didn't work - the link failed. Then delivery was made and I received no notification of that fact!!! The package was LEFT IN MY PAPER BIN. Had we not been alert we would never have known and it would have been thrown away. I gave no instruction for it yo be left there. No notification was left at my home to say that it had been delivered. Complete SHAMBLES.

Good prices, speedy delivery.
My refuse sacks arrived quickly and are great value. My garden pots equally. Try pricing them in a garden centre and you will see!! In the other hand was not happy with customer service who did not refund me when a pot was damaged as I had started to put soil in it before I noticed the damage and sent a photo. Not cool.

Leaving this review only because they have sent me a link.
Gave them another chance as previous experience was terrible to say at least.
This time all went with no issue and the dog's food I ordered arrived as expected.
BUT a week later and I keep receiving
"This is a courtesy email to let you know that we are still working on your order and will be preparing items for dispatch as soon as possible."
They are still working... I think a couple of pounds you will save with them don't worth the confusion, coming as part of the service.

SCAM !!!!
I placed an order for a mirror a year ago and received absolutely nothing. No refund no product and no explanation . I can not speak to anyone about the issue as the company does not provide a human phone line. I have sent numerous e-mails chasing the issue but to know prevail. The item is still advertised on the site and clearly says available with immediate delivery.
If this is not a scam what is ????

Concern Regarding Delayed Order and Communication Issues
We are deeply concerned about the handling of our order, which was delivered nearly four months late despite repeated, inconsistent explanations. Ordered plant food which was marked as…
Ordered plant food which was marked as in stock on May 13th. Three weeks later I contacted to say the order is still processing and enquire as to an update. Received a generic email response saying it will be with you in a few days. Four days later, still processing. When people ask if this website I a scam and they vehemently deny same and encourage your patience, please just see the word scam and avoid ordering or you could end up like me watching my clematis wilt due to delay in receipt of product. Off to my local garden center I go as I have very little faith in this order materialising now....
Edit: When I reached out to customer service they did respond and said it would be with me in a few days. 6 days later and it's still processing so no your customer service response was worth very little

No live customer service and AWFUL chat bot
If I could give Zero Stars, I would. DO NOT ORDER from here. If anything goes wrong there is NO ONE TO TALK TO - only a very crap AI chat bot. I ordered some items and decided to return. The return was weird - I was sent an email with very little info and I had to email several times to get the address. The return (self paid) got there but I was never credited. It's been almost 2 months. I out the the cost of the order and the cost of the return. Save your money and your time and order from another vendor.

Not happy bad customer service
Placed an order and with in less than 30min I realised I had made mistake with address and made contact with customer service, they wete very unhelpful said my product had allready been processed and dispatched with in that 30 min window wouldn't cancel my order I could t re direct they said the product got sent back and wouldn't even give me my refund not happy at all never experienced this ever as a customer was advised I would recieve a partial refund because I was expected to cover the postage still per their TCS and haven't had the rest of my refund or the purchased product..

In this case, the issue appears to have stemmed from the error in the address provided at checkout. Our team explained the refund policy, which includes covering return postage costs. At no point was a partial refund offered, as the return postage cost exceeded the value of the item. We absorbed this cost.
