Placed an order on the 8th of August. Payment taken out of my account 10th August. No order confirmation but received mailing list and promotions. Order still not received. Ignored 4 emails. Can't get hold of them on the numbers provided. Mobile is permanent engaged. Landlines dont ring cuts you off. They confirmed on Trustpilot under new management since July 2026. Order was placed in August! Wish I'd read Trustpilot before placing my order. Do not trust this company! One star as no option to leave no stars. Lets see if they reply to this review like they have on others reviews

After receiving texts stating that this company was now under new management, I decided to give them another go. The communication was great; I was getting quick replies, whereas before, with previous owners, I got no reply. I was told by the new management that problems that existed before were gone now, so I bit the bullet and placed an order for 4 boxes of vape oils on Friday afternoon. They were delivered today the following Monday by Royal Mail at lunchtime, bearing in mind I live in the North of Ireland. They dispatched straight away. In fact, I had confirmation of dispatch and a tracking number within the first couple of hours of ordering. I couldn't believe how much better it was compared to the previous owners. First class from the new team, keep up the great work, and I'll definitely be back! My advice would be: don't let the negative reviews from previous owners put you off; give these guys a go, and hopefully, like me, you will be pleasantly surprised.🤝👏🏼👏🏼

To give them credit, they replied to my emails and sent some items.if they had honoured my full order what was missing i would definately give them another order.you should get what you order but unfortunately i didnt.my orders are approx £800 to £1000 pounds a year cos 3 vapers in my household so they would definately have benefitted.its up to you if you want to try this vape store.

Placed an order on 28th January for over £50 worth of pods. After numerous excuses I am still waiting on my products and after requesting a refund several times they have not replied since. Awful company and over £50 out of pocket.

Waiting resolution
I have taken down my original review after the company actually contacted me. I am giving them chance to make things right then I will update my review following the resolution. Shame it took for me to submit a negative review just for someone to contact me.
Update
I have finally received my refund and had contact with the company, As I previously mentioned they only contacted me following my negative review on trust pilot. Even though my issue is now finally resolved I won’t be using this company again. They need to focus on customer service going forward or they will continue to receive negative feedback.

Deliveries amazing. Liquids always perfect but every time I order pods there's at least 1 pod that leaks every time. I've bought exactly same brand/type of pod elsewhere and not had this problem. I've what's apped about the issue and not had a reply but then got a message asking for a review

I placed an order 18 days ago, and still no delivery (supposed to take 2-3 business days). During this time I emailed Eliquid several times, tried to call, left voicemail, but had no answer at all. At a certain point I requested a cancellation & refund, but had no response. I’m out of vapes and need to buy it elsewhere, but the money is with Eliquid. I’m a loyal costumer for about 5 years, but in the last few months Eliquid became more and more unreliable; can’t be trusted anymore.

AVOID!! Take you money don’t deliver your order and ignore all contact. Fake numbers, emails ignored, WhatsApp ignored. Do not buy from these people you will lose your money for nothing.

I have been waiting for over six weeks…
I have been waiting for over six weeks for some kind of resolution from this company, I made the order and paid for goods, got an email saying order had been despatched the order didn’t turn up, made contact with customer service team they said they had not got the stock needed to for fill order so could I select something else, I explained that I only use the product that was ordered, so could I please get a refund from them. I have tried so many times to get someone from this company to help me with this issue ! But with not any success . Don’t use them , I am almost £40 out of pocket and no goods for the order this company excepted .

I made an order November 2025. Only part of the order arrived. I have emailed multiple times to request a refund. Initially they responded. They blamed various issues for why they could not refund immediately. They have now stopped responding to all my enquiries. I can only assume that they do not intend to make a refund. If feels like a kind of theft.
In summary, find another provider, don't use this lot.
I am pleased to say that this issue has been resolved. It seems that ownership has changed and the new lot are much more responsive.

Service gone down hill dramatically
Starting dealing with this company about 2 years ago and they were pretty good, quick delivery and any problems, like flavour out of stock they would Whatsapp you and offer alternatives. Last twice I have dealt with them though, absolutely shocking. Last time my delivery took over a month to arrive and they just would not respond to emails, WhatsApp's or calls. Decided to give them another chance last week incase it was a Royal Mail problem and ordered 3 x 25K Hayati units in mint. Order arrived as 6 Mr Blue refills, obviously someone else's order. Tried calling, put the phone down, Whatsapped pictures to show I had the wrong items. Ignored. Emailed 4 times only to get a standard reply that they've sent me request to the team. What does that even mean? Wont even acknowledge their error or respond. Really not sure how they are still in business to be honest and I will not use them again.

They are absolutely a nightmare
They are absolutely a nightmare! I have spent so much money on a purchase which has never been even sent out! 😣They ignore all messages and emails, and they don’t answer any phone calls!! Bank couldn’t help as it was an online debit card transaction so no protection… extremely disappointed THEY ARE SCAMMING people!!!!
Be aware and dont purchase from them 🙏🙏
