Thank you for sharing your feedback. Providing premium quality is always our top priority, and we appreciate your valued custom. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.
Under new management I believe, so given them benefit of the doubt ATM.
So I've used these guys a number of times, but lately, unfortunately I've been left let down. Twice I've had the wrong flavours, shipping times have been brutal. On the website it states "to be delivered on _____) but it doesn't happen. Trying to speak to someone is near impossible - although, last time, I finally got a response. As far as I'm aware, they are under new management now. So I will try using them again, here's hoping for a better experience than of late.

STAY CLEAR,USE YOUR MONEY WISELY, GO ELSEWHERE
I haven't used this company for a while because they didn't send out vapes I had paid for..then I saw it saying "under new management..same day dispatch on orders before 5pm" also " Royal Mail 24hr next day delivery".. needless to say..I put in an order at 10-48 yesterday morning, did i get my delivery?..NOPE!!.. same day dispatch,DIDNT HAPPEN,fast delivery,DIDN'T HAPPEN..24hr Royal Mail delivery,DIDN'T HAPPEN, are they using the exact same web style as previous management,YES THEY ARE,are they using the exact same email address as previous management,YES THEY ARE,are they using the exact same phone number,YES THEY ARE,I asked if Tony (who i was told was the owner) still worked there,THEY SAID NO...SO HOW COME THEY ARE USING THE SAME MOBILE NUMBER, THAT I WAS GIVEN A FEW YEARS AGO BY THE OWNER TONY??.. This is already sounding EXACTLY like how the "old" Eliquid Base was being run,and its screaming at me to NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!.I would urge people to spend their money ANYWHERE ELSE EXCEPT HERE!!..there's "VAPE 360" AND "THE NO1 PLUG" that do better OFFERS,and that DOESN'T advertise one thing,BUT MEANS SOMETHING ELSE!.. I have had enough of this sham of a company,I have had enough of the false promises, and I STILL HAVEN'T HAD THE 2 FINEBAR VAPES THEY HAVE OWED ME DESPITE ME ALREADY HAVING PAID FOR THEM EARLIER IN THE YEAR!!.STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY,BECAUSE IF YOU EMAIL THEM, THEY WILL MAKE YOU WAIT,AND IF YOU CALL THEM,YOU CANT ACTUALLY GET TO SPEAK TO ANYONE!!

Hi,
We completely appreciate your concern, but we would like to clarify a few important points:
New Management: We recently took over the business. While we inherited the existing website domain, phone number, and support email, we have no access to the previous owner's (Tony's) historical orders, pending items, or past financial accounts.
Your Current Order: Your new order has already been dispatched and is currently on its way to you via courier.
Please email us directly with your order number so we can provide you with your tracking details immediately and resolve any concerns with your current parcel.
Because our new management team is not responsible for past transactions under prior ownership, we kindly ask that you reconsider or delete this review once your order arrives safely.

My order always turns up
My order always turns up, but it has been known I have to chase it for upto a week. Give them their due however, when an order is late I've always received a couple of extra bits at no additional cost.
My advice to anyone using eliquid base is, don not order when you've ran out of vapes as you may be waiting without. The prices and the fact that I know this are the reason I keep going back.

I didn't receive what I ordered
I didn't receive what I ordered.
I was called by eliquidbase telling me they didn't have the exact vapes that I had chosen, which in itself is annoying, but what was even more annoying is that, after having said I didn't want any logo's or letters or designs on them, they sent that type anyway.
