I didn't receive what I ordered.
I was called by eliquidbase telling me they didn't have the exact vapes that I had chosen, which in itself is annoying, but what was even more annoying is that, after having said I didn't want any logo's or letters or designs on them, they sent that type anyway.

Horrible customer service from certain people
Horrible customer service and when a product doesn’t work and you try and talk about it they completely ignore you. Additionally they promise great shipping yet does not follow - this has now been resolved thanks to multiple people. Clearly got unlucky with the person who handled me initially

Delivery is always quick unless it says it might take a few days but it’s never taken more then a week for a delivery to arrive.

Refund still not issued after several months
I have been waiting for a refund of £43 for several months for a vape that was sent to me by mistake that I had already cancelled in writing. I was informed that the company is under new management and the refund cannot be sent as it was the previous managements's fault and therefore not theirs. I was then assured that this would be resolved by the new management if I removed my previous feedback from Trustpilot. I have kept to my side of the bargain and removed the negative feedback and yet they still will not refund me the money I am owed. Last correspondence from them was on the 17th September assuring me the payment would be made by the close of that week. I am still awaiting the refund so am forced to leave further feedback as this seems to be the only thing they respond to. Poor customer service.

i had an issue the delivery wasnt the best and when i finally got my order it was completely wrong and i never got my vapes it was a case of keep that but we’re not gonna send out the product you ordered really disappointing service

Ignorance at its finest.
I ordered 6 vape pod replacements, 1 vape kit to use the pods with and they send 7 pod replacements instead. I have tried contacting multiple ways to get this remedied the last 1 and a half to 2 weeks, and they have not replied to me at all. Not worth wasting your time with this company, they will make you pay mote for what you really want, then send something with half the value.

Made an order, waited five days
The number listed on their website, you just get one tick on their WhatsApp.
I was given another number.
I did get through to them, to which they were very apologetic and explained they're under new management and they're trying to work through the issues which they understand they have and they are working through them.
They explained they didn't have my flavour of vape and offered me alternative flavours or a refund. I took the refund, which was actioned immediately.
If they do have your item, give them a chance to work through their issues.
Because actually, their customer service is honest, polite and swift, and that's rare in any business.
