Ashford Kent garage was very good. Tyre price was very competitive. The lads were very good and let me know my wheel alignment was off. I agreed to have this done. They where in no way pushy. Easy to book my tyre replacement. All in all very happy

My father took his car in as it has a clearly warped brake disc..I have been in the motor trade as mechanic and later service advisor for the past 35 years…they took the job on but said they couldn’t find a problem by driving the car..when explained to them they were told it’s only felt at higher speeds so the warp was relatively minor…all they needed to do was use a dti (dial test indicator) which they said they didn’t have…so why take on a job you don’t have the tools to do?
They charged my father £120.00 for something they could not diagnose…utter disgrace I was having cancer treatment at the time but I have now done the job myself (with a dti) THEY SHOULD NOT TAKE ON JOBS THEY ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO DO.id give them ZERO stars if I could…diabolical service from this “garage”…edit..6 days have now passed and after sending them vehicle details etc via email we have heard NOTHING back,not even a courtesy email from them to acknowledge the issue…I think they just reply to these negative reviews so it gives the illusion that they may resolve the issue…don’t be fooled people..take your car to a garage that has the correct tools,staff that are skilled and a company that cares about its reputation over money,which this garage clearly does not..ripping off old people or indeed anyone isn’t a good look.DO NOT USE this garage they are clueless.

The staffs were absolutely fantastic

I am very disappointed with the service I received in Salisbury. The repair was very expensive, but unfortunately, the same problem came back within just 5 days.
Based on what happened, I am concerned that the part may not have been replaced during the original repair,or they didn't do that properly which could explain why the same problem returned so quickly. When I contacted them, they investigate again and it was the same previous problem. How does it happened.

I was told that if I wanted the part changed, I would have to pay again, even though I had already paid a significant amount for the repair.
I was also unhappy with the attitude and behaviour of the reception staff. I expected better customer service, transparency and a proper repair for the amount I paid.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would recommend others to get a second opinion before paying for expensive repairs.

Elite is a new garage in Exeter and I recently tried them out. A couple of warning lights came up on my car so I got them checked out. I was booked in very quickly and got a rough quote for the expected work ahead of the diagnostics check. The staff kept me informed and explained any issues and works required, together with the expected costs. They did a good job and I will be using them again.

Compared prices of tyres online and elite were very competitive. Easy ordering process and able to pick a time slot to suit me at my local fitters in Bridport.
2 front tyres fitted to my van in around half an hour. Friendly team and great service.

Reliable efficient garage. Matt is outstanding, hard working and trustworthy. He never cons you into needing something you don’t. He gives great advice.

Both our cars were booked in for their MOTs at this very busy branch. The staff are very polite, professional and helpful and Andy is a great Manager too! Very happy with the service and well done to the guys!

Really handy you can book it in for any day/time that suits you and just wait rather than most garages asking you to bring your car in at 8am & leaving it there so you’re car-less.
Clean and large waiting room with Sainsbury’s next door with a Costa machine.

Been using this garage for many years, wouldn’t use any other, staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble for them, would definitely recommend them.

Very pleasant and efficient staff and service and my car was ready for the correct time. I have been looked after by this garage for many years with great satisfaction.

I was on holiday near Kingsbridge from Brighton and had an issue with steering/tyres on my van. Called to book two new front tyres. Took van in and explained the issue. They said they were booked solid with not much free time but would take a look.
Had a call explaining one front tyre was distorted and also track rod ends where worn to excess. They had a cancellation that morning and were able to sort it all that day.
I went to collect some things from the van and they happily showed me both issues..
Whilst I didn’t really have much of a choice in the circumstances I feel I lucked out with Elite. Very nice firm to deal with, friendly helpful staff.

Took longer than expected to fit the new tyres but the guys at the Dorchester branch more than made up for it by noticing i had a blown headlight bulb and fixing it for me, despite it being a very fiddly job.

Visited the Exeter branch to book in my car. The rep approach was rather casual and laid back. Didn’t take my details for the booking, so not a good start. Their approach lacks professionalism and courtesy. So I won’t be taking my vehicle to them to repair.

Elite garages is obviously using Ai to respond to my review. You cannot chase/check anything if your colleague doesn’t take personal details. What a sham of a company

It may not be Ai, but the person dealing with social media doesn’t appear to have the required requisite to perform the role. Again there is no point providing details as none where taken, that’s how blasé your colleague was at the Exeter branch. Total incompetence!

Fantastic service, as always. I have been coming here for 12 years and my very old Focus (04) has been patched up a fair few times. I am always impressed with the friendly, professional service and value for money. Thank you!
