The staff were polite, knowlegable and completed my MOT in about 1/2 hour. I am 82 and disabled, consequently they always check liquids, lights, tyre pressures etc at no extra charge. I recommend Elite Stroud without hesitation. A 5* company.

Elite garage in Hanworth helped fix a problem with my car. Everything was explained and it was done nice and quickly. They listened and it was also good to get advice with regards to my car. I will definitely be going back for any more repairs that need to be done. There prices are very reasonable compared to other garages. The staff were great 👍

I needed a new back box for a Peugeot 308. They were able to source one & fit it for just over £200. Peugeot wanted over £1100 for the part alone. May not be the same quality as OEM but is guaranteed for two years. Had the car back within two hours. I would use them again.

A bit iffy about going back after great experience with ATS but same people, same welcome and same standard of service. Took my wheelbarrow wheel in on spec and they fixed the puncture and cleaned up the wheel all for a minimal charge. I shall be back to get my car tyres and also to do the MoT on my ev. They also do EV services. These guys are really knowledgable and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Stroud.

⭐ DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE – TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
I would strongly advise anyone considering using this garage to go elsewhere.

I took my car here to have the tyres changed, and my alloy wheels were subsequently damaged. The alloys had only recently been professionally refurbished and were in excellent condition before the tyres were changed.

What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that, despite raising the issue with the garage, they have completely denied responsibility. I have since had two separate body shops independently inspect the damage, and both have told me that the damage is consistent with damage caused by a tyre-changing machine.

In my opinion, this is completely unacceptable. Mistakes can happen in any garage, but what matters is how a business deals with them afterwards. Rather than acknowledging the possibility that their equipment or fitting process may have caused the damage, I have been left to deal with the consequences myself.

The whole experience has left me with absolutely no confidence in this garage or its workmanship. They have effectively left me out of pocket for damage that, according to two independent professionals, is consistent with the work carried out there.

I would not recommend this garage to anyone, particularly if you care about the condition of your wheels. There are plenty of reputable garages out there, and based on my experience, I would strongly suggest using one of them instead.

Think very carefully before trusting this garage with your car.

They got me in the same week I called for a bronze service having done 6000 mls since my last oil change,
Both the manager and fitter I spoke to were polite and professional and they even reset my trip meter back to 0 miles and no oily handprints left on my bonnet car is now smoother and quieter.

It was the second time I have used elite. The first time I was quoted for a tyre a wheel change but they were unable to do it properly so although they spent 30mins on my car. They wouldn't charge me because they hadn't been able to do it for me. Any other garage would have charged me for the time and probably left me unsafe. The second time I needed two front tyres and when I got there, charged me £20 less due to it needing a different size. Absolutely brilliant. They are very professional and very honest. I will certainly be using them again and I will be highly recommending them to others. Well done Elite

It was late on Friday afternoon when I picked up a puncture. Elite were really helpful and looked at my vehicle straight away. The puncture was promptly repaired and I was back on the road in 45 minutes. Brilliant service!

Easy to order 2 tyres I couldn't get elsewhere. Booked a slot (a few days away). Turned up at allotted time. Away 40 minutes later. Friendly staff. Reasonable price. Thank you.

Excellent service, really knowledgeable and friendly

Called in to my local branch in Stroud, Gloucestershire for a quote to replace rear brakes. Was met by a very helpful member of staff who called me back as promised later that same day with a very competitive quote. Car was duly booked in the following week. Dropped it off and received a call a couple of hours later when the work had been completed. Excellent service all round and very polite friendly staff. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

the FRONT LINE, moaned a"bit" but not too much, support the FL ! I trusted the FL when i arrived and I trusted the FL when I left, they were having problems with the IT but .... managed it well :-) {all about the IT NOW !)

We had both our cars serviced and mot with Glen and his team at Mannings Heath successfully with one unexpected advisory which was completed enabling us to get away for a break on time. Can’t recommend them enough, always very helpful.
