Excellent customer service. My slow puncture reported on a late afternoon resulted in my being booked in at 8.30 the next morning. Friendly reception, efficient booking in. My new tyre was fixed extremely quickly and all the other tyres checked at the same time. The price for the replacement Michelin tyre was very well priced, in fact I payed less than I did last year, and that doesn't happen much these days. Helston Elite (formerly ATS) is constantly very busy as there are quite a few tourists around, but I highly recommend this Helston branch.

I called into the Leatherhead branch of Elite Garages with an emergency tyre problem and they were all so very kind, positive and efficient in sorting my car out at a very reasonably cost in less than 30 minutes, so that I got home safely, instead of being stuck in a ditch somewhere, having to wait hours for help & paying out a fortune. They were brilliant and I am incredibly grateful. Thank you!

When on holiday in South Devon, I had an incident that damaged my front passenger tyre, resulting in a puncture overnight. As I had a similar incident many years ago I received good service from this garage in Kingsbridge.
Although busy they advised they would be able to supply an appropriate tyre and can fit it if I came back between 3.30 and 4.00pm. Having received advice that I could use the car for a few miles after blow up without danger I went away happy.
On returning early at 3.15 they delt with this immediately and I left the garage happy.

I arrived @ about 12:00, I was booked in for 13:00. I was invited to pick our car @ about 14:15. The work was done well. I needed gas for my Air Conditioning. I was treated kindly, many thanks, Simon.

Had a slow puncture, I turned up without an appointment. The assistant was very courteous but told me I would have to wait. They actually fitted me in within 20 minutes and, after inspection, the fitter completed the job fifteen minutes later.
The cost was the icing on the cake making me an extremely happy customer

The guys at Elite Garage, Bournemouth, were great-
They were very quick to let me know their initial assessment and very honest about the possibilities of a big bill. They were very clear and straight with me, taking time to explain what the issues were.
Fortunately, the damage was less than anticipated and was fixed in an afternoon. I felt confident to return a couple of days later for clarification on a point, and they took a second look and confirmed I didn't need to worry. Offering reassurance and further guidance.

Absolutely fantastic service. Went in for 2 front tyres and requested they check the front brakes and give me a call back. Within 15 minutes or so of dropping off the car, I had a call saying the front discs needed changing. I gave the go ahead to do the job and within 2 hours of leaving the car, it was ready for collection. The staff were fantastic, helpful, polite and I cannot fault the service received or the speed in which they got the job done. Would highly recommend this garage to anyone. Thank you Elite Garages for a fantastic service and customer experience.

My car failed its MOT, which was done by Elite (Haywards Heath). Although I had the necessary repairs done at another garage, Elite managed to fit my car in for a free retest within 10 days, even though they were full on that day. They didn't have to do that, considering they could've booked me in a couple of days later and charged me for a retest.

My car went in for service and extra work needed doing and i was informed of the costs before going ahead and agreeing on the work to be carried out. Good service, knowledgeable and friendly. Cannot fault

I was brought here by the AA after my tyre had been shredded by a Cornish side road. I didn't have an appt but was sorted within an hour and a quarter which under the circumstances was pretty good as they had people booked in. They checked my other tyres also. Very happy with the service.

I allways use elite tyres ever since they were denmead tyres,The staff front desk steve a great chap with the knowledge to get you to the right tyres for your vehical and i may add the right price too, And they have a really on the ball receptionist theres not much she does not know, The service is second to none even when parting with with your hard earned money i still smile.

Really good customer service from the staff there and it was surprisingly cheap.

I phoned to buy tyres for my motorhome, which they ordered in for me for the following day. I got a warm welcome when I went in and was promptly waved in for the fitting. While there I mentioned an issue I had with a service from another garage which required some further attention, I asked if they could help. They could and they did, without charge for about half an hour of extra work on their ramp the next day. That’s 5 star service.
