Elite Garages Opiniones

Honest appraisal of my brakes and very good price on four new tyres. Despite several staff absences they still delivered on time. Considerably cheaper than the main agent but still supplied quality parts.

Elite garage in Bournemouth West Howe.Very good service always polite and professional, and always very quick always use them.Prices are reasonable and they dont try and add any extras.

Easy to check stock online and book a next day fitting slot. No upfront charge. Garage were very accommodating when I could not initaily find my locking wheel nut at point of fitting. Knowledegable, helpful and unflustered staff

I was able to book quite easily on line at a time that suited me. They were expecting me, I was given a pick up time and it was accurate. Excellent customer service, would highly recommend. Efficient, polite staff. Fair pricing.

**Been going to Elite in Dorchester for a while now. Very reliable and reasonable priced. Larry is always very helpful and friendly. And the rest of the staff have been equally as helpful with any query, big or small. Definitely recommend.

Quick and efficient service, would recommend

Job well done

i had 6 tyres ordered via BlackCircles 2 for citroen dispatch and 4 on 19 inch alloys that were not on a vehicle. They fitted the Citroen tyres no problem but 2 off the alloy wheels were damaged. I took them in the back of the citroen van and when they had fitted the tyres they handed me my keys and told me they were all done and van was in the car park, I had a quick glance in the van and tyres were on the wheels. When i got home and took the wheels out of the van i found 2 of the wheel had a few scratches/scrapes around the wheel up to a centimetre on the face of the rim, no one mentioned any damage to me when i picked them up and so far i have had no reply to my email i sent with pictures of the damage. If you value your alloy wheels i would steer clear of Elite Garages Shaftesbury as they don't seem to take much care when fitting tyres and don't seem to be very honest. I am emailing Trading Standards to see what are the next steps as i now have 2 damaged alloy wheels.

I was struggling to find a OE fit tyre for my Audi. One call to Elite Garages and they found the tyre, ordered it in and fitted it next day at a time of my choosing. Price was very competitive, dropped the car off with the friendly team, went for a stroll around Bridport and car was waiting for me upon my return. Honestly, least hassle tyre change ever.

So helpful and friendly- I recently had a puncture and they pretty much helped me out straight away. So grateful. I would highly recommend!!

Excellent service thank you. Exhaust Bracket failed on the the front of my Mercades B180, took my car to elite garage who lifted my car up and confirmed the diagnosis. As the didn't have one in stock they said they would order one and said it would arrive in about an hour and it would take about 20 minutes to complete the job. They would phone when it's done. Unfortunately the delivery sent the wrong bracket, Elite garage phoned a Mercedes bracket would need to be sourced from a Mercedes main dealer. I told them is was going to ashford the next day and pick one up if Elite would fit it. They fitted the bracket and only charged a small fee for fitting. What excellent service, can highly recommend Elite garage. Thank you again. Mrs Penny

I have been using my Elite Garage for 2 years now and always find them helpful (they do seem to have big staff turnover). Online booking is easy and on taking car in and collection, staff are ready to answer any queries - pricing I feel is ok.

Ordered two tyres, went on the day suggested. Excellent service second time I’ve used Elite. Would recommend.

I recommend this garage.Customer service is great
Took my bmw for service .
The service was excellent at a very reasonable price compared with other garages called.
They do a thorough diagnostic much better than BMW at no costs.
The mechanical advisory id much better than most garages

Very helpful staff and especially the tyre fitter TC took great care.

Thank you
Ps can get your petrol there too !

Reliable service from start to finish.
Came for the MOT, it was a straightforward job, no fancy fixes out of thin air and all done within the expected timeframe.

First class , efficient assistance with a pre MOT tyre check . One new tyre fitted . All completed extremely quickly and staff very helpful. Thank you .

The staff were polite, knowlegable and completed my MOT in about 1/2 hour. I am 82 and disabled, consequently they always check liquids, lights, tyre pressures etc at no extra charge. I recommend Elite Stroud without hesitation. A 5* company.

Elite garage in Hanworth helped fix a problem with my car. Everything was explained and it was done nice and quickly. They listened and it was also good to get advice with regards to my car. I will definitely be going back for any more repairs that need to be done. There prices are very reasonable compared to other garages. The staff were great 👍
