While I was happy to get the products and to have them delivered, I had penned a short message in the “instructions” box which would have been clear to the recipient if it had been copied to the delivery documentation. Not all orders are for the purchaser - wine as a gift must be quite common. Even identifying the purchaser would help - though I understand that the lady delivering the wine offered to find out who the wine was from.

The range of wine is superb and tge the ease of ordering on line is great.
Also the staff at the Crieff when doing click and collect are very friendly and hdkpful

I placed my order 4 days before Xmas Day and received my wine on Xmas Eve. Everything was wrapped so carefully & considered. Will definitely use again especially as the wine I wanted was hard to source locally. Brilliant and thank you.

Good price, delivered late and had to be chased, with poor communication. But, I received the order albeit only half of it and a refund for the remaining, again this was not communicated well. Better communication would help improve!
