Horrible communication, zero information on delivery times.

Szörnyű ügyfélkezelés, shady cég, inkább hagyjuk.

Terrible costumer service. I ordered a cream, which was important for my shoulder at the end of December. As it hasn't arrived by beginning of February, I checked online and it said "delivered on the 22 January". I couldn't find it anywhere. I contacted the costumer service team, they said oh, actually it hasn't been delivered. But it will be at one point, etc, he wasn't very helpful. I waited another few weeks, nothing. I contacted them again they said your order was deleted. I said ok, where is the refund? She said oh, send us your IBAN and we will refund it. I said so if I didn't contact you, I would have never received my money? She said oh, it should have been automatic, but it wasn't.. And she actually thought that this is an actual, valid explanation. I mean seriously.

My order lost and I never received it.
They don't my money back!
I sent them email but nothing!
Worst online shop in the world!

Disgraceful company! My order was lost/ never sent and instead of helping me they protend that the issue is not their fault! Useless costumer service, where you have to queue for hours to text to a real person. I did this 5 times and each time was told something different, the last one told me that she is in a chat with several costumers and never got back to me with an answer! Afterwards I got an email to confirm that they have dealt with the situtation. Noone helped me in any way after hours and hours spent on the costumer service chat. I paid for my product over a months ago, and I still have no product or my money back. Avoid az any cost!!

Don't buy there, unless you know you won't ever need to return a product. I have been a client for years and usually never had issue that needed a return. Until today when the printer I ordered as a christmas present prints terribly with blue dots on the picture and pink lines.

I opened a return request, this is very easy to do.

They do notify you that a courrier is coming, but then no one comes after 3 weeks, so you go check the status of your return and surprise, they got closed within 1-2 days with no explanation or notification

Then you go talk to customer service, which takes 1h to reach. And they give you fake promises that never happen. "We will reopen the return request", "We will contact the courrier and expedite the process"

It has been 2 weeks and instead of that happening, they just closed again the return request. I hardly believe that the right to close a return request is held by the merchants (since it's a marketplace) and they are abusing their power. And emag has a marketplace does nothing to alleviate this issue.

As of today I am done with emag, will not contact them again or buy from them again and instead submitted a nice chargeback.

Volt egy csomagom, 1 hónapja várom hogy megjöjjön, előre fizettem, a support nem tud semmit tenni, max MEGKÉRDEZNI hogy visszakaphatom-e a pénzem.
Természetesen én vagyok a hibás hiszen naív voltam mert ha valami túl jó ahhoz hogy igaz legyen (73.000 forint helyett 40.640 kiszállítással) akkor az valszeg átbaszás. HANGAR nevű cégtől rendeltem emagon keresztül

Megbízhatatlan, már színte csaló cég. Megbízhatatlan partnerekkel, amit tetéz a sameday nevű rettenet amatőr futárszolgálat. Mindkét társaság elérhetetlen telefonon. Levelekre nem válaszol csak ahogy kedve van. Az egyetlen lehetőség az emag-nál a chat ahol senki nem tud semmit. Borzalom

I paid for my order in advance, the package did not arrive, the money was not refunded, there is no customer service. I contacted the authorities.

Ordered a product, paid a substantial delivery fee for 1-3 January, checked out the delivery date on 2 January : 7-14 January.

I ordered a LEGO set from eMAG but received a counterfeit product. They have repeatedly declined my return requests without any explanation and have not responded to my support inquiries.

Az emagon 12.12-én leadott rendelésre dec. 20-i kiszállítást ígértek. A rendelt cuccost az Electro Hungary forgalmazta, tőlük már dec. 27-i kiszállításról jött az értesítés. Erről érdemben sehol nem lehetett egyeztetni, mivel az emagon csak ez a semmirevaló chatbot elérhető, az Electro Hungary pedig elérhetetlen. Végül december 20-án kaptam az emailt, hogy a rendelésemet törölték. Kellemetlen egy karácsonyi ajándéknak szánt rendelésről 8 nappal a rendelés után megtudni, hogy nem fogják kiszállítani. Utolsó utáni sz** az emag.

eMag enable fake sellers. Really I am stupid as this is not the first time I have been sold a fake item.
This time is it is a fake Braun item. They put a sticker over the top to try and hide the fact it was fake but it was obvious really.

It's so obvious they enable these fake-sellers. Just look at the seller's listing details:

So not exactly great due dilligence by eMag but what do you expect in this country?

Az eMag lehetővé teszi a hamis eladókat. Tényleg hülye vagyok, mert nem ez az első alkalom, hogy hamis terméket adtak el nekem.
Ezúttal egy hamis Braun termékről van szó. Matricát ragasztottak a tetejére, hogy megpróbálják elrejteni a tényt, hogy hamis, de ez nyilvánvaló volt.

Annyira nyilvánvaló, hogy lehetővé teszik ezeket a hamis árusokat. Csak nézze meg az eladó adatait:

Tehát Franciaországban vannak bejegyezve, valamilyen módon használnak egy luxemburgi bankot (ez meglepetés lesz a JP Morgan számára) a dublini fiókjukban, és kínai telefonszámuk van.

Tehát nem éppen ugyfel-barat az eMag részéről, de mit vársz ebben az országban?

Ordered a 600 000 HUF phone, had to be sent back for repairs after ~weeks of usage. Got it back after a month, and then after a week of usage another hardware issue pops up, the flash\torch doesn't work at all.
They also removed the expensive protective foil upon repairs and gave back the phone without even the factory foil. Cannot reach Support for two months now! DON'T BUY FROM THEM, THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Support department - no response, EMAG accepts trade with Chinese companies founded at a virical address of the company that does not pay tax, trading forged items.

Vegyes a tapasztalatom sok esetben nagyszerű de sokszor a sok különböző kis partner üzletek miatt van hogy sokat kell várni hogy meg érkezzen valami. De alapjaiban ha az eMag a beszállító akkor minden nagyszerű.

We purchased a vacuum cleaner more than a month ago and did not receive it. We sent multiple emails and chatted with customer service, but the last time, the agent just left the chat. We paid a lot of money, and we did not get the product. Their customer service is useless and helpless. We will report them to the police and the consumer protection authority.
