Wrong product. Missing delivery notification
I bought wallpapers from EMAG. I urgently needed them.
First thing, they didn't announced me about delivery products on specified place. No email, nothing. I was waiting while products was almost week on place. I picked them up on last day before returning order.
Next thing, wrong product. I found product with size 70x70cm on website. They sent me 35x35cm. I am not sure, if that mistake is on emag's or supplier's side. That's my experience

No refund / No coming to pick up the sent back product
It's been 1 and a half month I am waiting for them to pick up my package that I asked to send back. Twice I had to change my planning to stay home and the courrier did not come. They don't care and don't proceed with refund. Worst customer service seen in a while.

I went to the Allee shop and could not be understood by the sales people due to language barriers.
i requested to talk to the manager and seeing that i was a foreigner, he decided to ignore me and not attend me. i waited patiently untill he was free and no excuse to talk to me but he kept on avoiding me.
The website is AI and there is nowhere to raise the complaint for bad customer service !
I wrote the complaint in the Vasarlok konvye and the manager dismissed it.

Damaged goods, reviews never approved
They constantly bombard me with emails to write reviews, which I can't officially unsubscribe from, but my honest review of a mediocre product never gets approved. Also 3 out of 6 times my products arrived badly damaged. They usually have the cheapest prices, but not worth the hassle for me.

They just continue to fraud and ignore warranty and skip from country to country. Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia... Wherever they can abuse weak laws and keep on stealing and thieving.
shipment ot wrong address
Ordered a small item that is sold by a merchant in Romania. I clearly indicated the location of the EasyBox where I wanted to pick up the package. Now I see on the courier's tracking site that the package is going to a different location several miles away. EMAG claims it has no way to correct it now, and the courier is unable to change the location. Las time I deal with these incomptents.

No product no money
Ordered a Headphone which was marked a bluetooth on the emag site, but is was not a bluetooth. Sent back, via easybox with the PIN code emag gave me. Since than emag is unreachable. Just wanted to ask information about the sent back product and the money refound. No phone number, emag do not reply to any email. No product, no money.

My last purchase from emag was the latest iPad model. My first order from emag dates back to 2015. I have always been able to select and order the items I wanted, with satisfaction. It happened only once when the specification did not match, thus I ordered not the desired item. In that case their customer support provided full refund, so I had no loss, except time. I trust them and can recommend emag honestly.
A legutóbbi vásárlásom az emagtól a legújabb iPad modell volt. Az első rendelésem az emagtól egészen 2015-re nyúlik vissza. Mindig elégedetten tudtam kiválasztani és megrendelni a kívánt termékeket. Csak egyszer fordult elő, hogy a specifikáció nem egyezett, így nem a megfelelő terméket rendeltem. Ebben az esetben az ügyfélszolgálatuk teljes visszatérítést adott, így nem volt anyagi veszteségem, az időt leszámítva. Megbízom bennük, és őszintén ajánlom az emagot bárkinek.

Scam
Out of four items ordered, one hasn't arrived six weeks after ordering the items and one of them is broken. For the delayed item emag sent me a tracking number that doesn't work. For the broken item emag refuses any responsibility claiming that the item was sold by one of their partners and I should call their partner's international phone number. My view is that I entered into a contract with emag, so they should be responsible.

WORST COMPANY EVER
They changed my original order and sent me completely defective item, so I have returned it, since then nothing, no refund, no alternative!
