First class service

This was a first class service from beginning to end.
They kept me updated throughout and I never had to chase them for information.
Our fabric was discontinued but they found a perfect match.
The technicians who came to our home were polite and friendly and worked solidly to get the job done, leaving our home as they found it.
I can’t thank this company enough and would definitely recommend them.

We had a problem with our chair Emmiera…

We had a problem with our chair Emmiera were asked to come out and investigate
They found it was a manufacturer fault and a new cushion seat pad was ordered
They came back out today to fit the new seat pad the technician was very courteous and totally respected our home he had good banter and did a great job we are very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Emmiera

Fixing of Table and sofa

We have had a technician out to us twice now - once for a misaligned table and most recently for issues with a new sofa. Everything was sorted to our full satisfaction and the service and attitude of the technician was first class and couldn't be faulted.

Armchair recovered

The man that came and recovered my chair was very well mannered courteous and polite. It's nice to see that some people still have great customer service skills. When he finished he made sure it was left clean and tidy

Emmiera Did not give me 1hr slot for…

Emmiera Did not give me 1hr slot for the engineer to come the next day. Wasted my whole day 8am to 6pm. Very Poor.
But repair man did a good job.

The engineer arrived within the allocated time and couldn't be anymore courteous explaining everything and the repairing and replacing the paty that was faulty.
Cleaning up and desposing of the faulty part.

Great service and repair

Service and profssionalim of the technician was outstanding. I would definitely recommend them based on my experience. From the first contact with the comany to the completion of the repair was easy and well communicated.

Overall a disappointing experience due…

Overall a disappointing experience due to the lack of empathy from the central office. No one showed any sign of caring about the customers problem. The favourite word was can’t.
The technicians who called were friendly, helpful and very efficient. Both explained the situation clearly and calmly. The required repair was quickly and efficiently carried out. No mess or debris left behind after the repair/replacement was completed. If only the calls had not been changed several times, creating major inconvenience, we would have been scoring 5 stars all round

It would never be our intention to upset or inconvenience a customer and while it may seem like an 'old chestnut', unfortunately, we have no control over members of staff being ill.

We completely understand how frustrating the cancellations of your appointments were and our aim is to attend every single one.

The issue has now been resolved however we are sorry that you feel our staff were not very empathetic when contacting you.

All staff are expected to be professional, polite, and friendly and anything less would not be acceptable.

not fully charged!

Purchased a leather rechargeable recliner chair, waited 12 weeks for delivery, the chair was already charged at delivery date. When it was time to recharge the interior battery pack, the charging lead did not fit the chair!
contacted customer service and was directed to complete a long form which had to include six photographs all uploaded individually which proved challenging! took two days to complete the frustrating form. However once submitted received an automated reply to choose an appointment for an engineer/technician to attend and rectify the issue.
The Technician was very polite, removed their shoes having consideration for my flooring.
The issue was resolved after a few attempts to alter the charging lead making it fit the chair port.
Thankfully I did not have to wait for a replacement via parcel post, having returned earlier to the supplier in order to borrow and test a lead from the store to verify that the supplied one was faulty.
Thanks to the store assistants at SCS Cortonwood, Rotherham, together with Emmiera technician we are now fully reclining in our chair.
