Unfortunately, we see situations like this more often than we’d like, and it’s exactly why we take such a methodical, engineering-first approach. I’m glad James and Mark were able to get to the root of the issues quickly and put a proper remediation plan in place — and even better that everything is now running quietly, efficiently, and exactly as it should.
