When my Aunt died last year she left…
When my Aunt died last year she left what we thought was a legal will, but she hadn’t signed/dated it in front of witnesses. I turned to the Co-op Legal Team who put me in touch with a very kind, efficient and professional lady called Samantha Smith, who dealt with everything for me. No matter how small my query, Samantha showed care and empathy and always replied swiftly.
If you need someone to help you through Probate, I wholly recommend The Co-op, in particular Samantha Smith.

I rang for a fixed quote for help with…probate
I rang for a fixed quote for help with probate. I had already started by registering the death, notifying pensions and filling out tell us once, but then felt overwhelmed.
RF gave me great advice after I answered his questions and said that I did not need probate or letters of administration. I would definitely recommend this service.

A great service for writing our wills.
Gethin was very helpful when it came to writing our will, it was made clear and informative. We had been putting off doing this for a long time as we envisaged lots of lengthy red tape, however this really wasn’t the case. Gethin made the whole process of writing our will so straightforward. We would recommend this service.

Today, my wife and I took a call from Tracy Potter, following an initial enquiry to create a Will for each of us.

Process easier than expected
Chloe who dealt with my plan was professional and friendly. She explained the process and what all the details would mean for my personal requirements in simple terms and let me make my decisions on what to include and not include on my will without pressure. It was a smooth process done over a teams meeting which I preferred to a phone call for something so important and something I was a bit apprehensive about.
