Had a really interesting discussion yesterday with an agent about the coop service. Must admit was a little sceptical beforehand you what a mean someone is going give free information and turns out to be a scam. But no i was wrong to be sceptical no pressure selling just good understandable information and my next steps were in plain English. Brilliant expect to be in touch when things move forward with my application for probate.

Tim ran me through the ins and outs of standard and trust wills and we spoke through my specific circumstances and wishes. Very easy to get started with the Teams app. Kelly Armstrong was our video call advisor and dealt with all our wishes in a professional and informative manner.
