Etax was recommended to me by a friend
I was recommended by a friend who has been using etax for the past 8 years after having a bad experience last year with an online tax agency I was very skeptical but I gave etax a go, they were super helpful and I was able to see and assist in filling out all necessary information and deductions, tax has been lodged and my estimate return is well above what I was expecting thank you 🙏

Very confusing this year..!
Very confusing this year..!! Your automatic $ amount deduction for services prior to year which ive paid,I’ve followed your hard pressure measures to complete my tax return & not being able to correct some auto filled parts that you have put in, it has made it so hard trying to explain to people with a different culture & background & language differences to speak fluent English to understand what I’m trying to explain re: my tax return.. not a good experience with Etax this year..

I have been using eTax for the past 8 years and i have never had an issue. The process to undertake my tax each year is very simple and effective and takes the stress out of this process.
The accountants provide a great deal of support in helping you get the best possible outcome (refund) for each financial year.
I will always use eTax for my tax purposes,

I lodged my tax on the 1st July I had…
I lodged my tax on the 1st July I had nothing to claim it was straight forward but E TAX kept sending me e mails saying I had no.t finished my return, it took 15 days for them to do my tax honest I have used E TAX I think for the past couple of years next year I will think twice about using them. I am a pensioner who doesn’t pay tax.

Not happy
I have used etax for many years now however, this year my questions have been avoided and my tax return was lodged without my questions being answered, instead. And I cannot find my messages in the 'message' inbox anymore as all have disappeared.

Don’t recommend
This is my second time using this website for my taxes last year I got $3k then all of a sudden this year I’m only getting back $143 biggest waste of time logging it in and receiving that much when I done the same information again and had the worst experience of trying to understand how I went from $3k to $143 to people and gave me the same BS over and over again I would rather go face to face with a local tax accountant for next year

Seamless, professional & knowledgeable
Thank you for making the whole experience intuitive, even for newcomers. I opted to use a taxation service to make keeping deductions a little easier and ensure inaccuracies are eliminated. The accountant I had was so lovely in responding to messages and even providing tips on extra things I could do to maximise my refund. Service was second to none and the rate they took was reasonable ❤️
