My charging cable was dispatched very quickly. I would have given five stars but for the DHL delivery which was a day late. Probably not the fault of EV Extras. Cable is great and does its job as it should. Couldn't ask more than that.

After a quick phone call the cable I ordered was swapped for a longer one which was sent out the same day. The prepaid return was very easy not needing a printer. So unusual to have such good customer service, thank you.

Had an ioniq5 which would only charge at max of 8 amps trying to charge at 10amps would show fault E7 on hyundai charger supplied with car (new). Electrician checked and said home voltage is higher than normal at 246v. Rang national grid and they say power can go as high as 253 volt before they would check. Bought a charger from EV Extras which spec said max 250v and worked first time. Thanks EV Extras for supplying qaulity products.

Good website with an option to enter your vehicle registration number and be told which cable is suitable. Phoned customer service just to make sure I was ordering the correct cable, the girl couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Good price - much cheaper (over £200 cheaper!) than main dealer branded cable. Ordered standard delivery - 2/3 days - order came the next day. Good quality product, not cheap imitation. Very pleased and would 100% recommend EV Extras without hesitation.

Brilliant customer service. Everything stage was handled amazingly. The ordering process and shipping second to non.
Then j discovered after delivery I had ordered the wrong charger. Totally my fault. They could not do more to help.
If only more companies dealt with their customers like this the world would be a better place.

Simple easy to use website , great product with very quick delivery

I purchased a 30 metre recharging cable with a three pin plug. The cable feels solid and of good quality.
The delivery arrived in a couple of days well packed.

Really quick delivery on charging cable. And when I ordered one that was too short, no issues replacing with the longer one, and it arrived next day. Fantastic!

Once a contact had told me the best charger to order it was fine . I'd really have liked to know that paying for next day on a Friday would lead to delivery on Saturday, I didn't know til the morning which was too late so didn't get it til Monday.
