The customer service was fantastic
The customer service was fantastic, after making an error in my purchase the team were quick to notify me and ensure I was getting the correct equipment that i needed. Their swift action meant that I avoided the trouble of having to return/exchange items and got exactly what i needed straight away. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service: prompt and effective
EV Extras have been been brilliant to deal with. During my initial enquiries they answered some technical questions fully and quickly. And their excellent serviced continued when I had a slight problem with the charger - which they rectified immediately. Excellent service and always prompt to respond.

WOW! Just unbelievable service. I had forgotten to add one of the free items into the cart and i emailed the Ev team and within 5 minutes Emma had came back to me to say she had everything sorted. I cannot recommend Emma and the team enough. Super service and thankyou Emma.

Brilliant service. Within 30 mins of order being made I had a txt message off Kathryn just to 100% confirm I wanted a type1 cable. New cable was shipped same day and arrived the next. Now fitted to my home charger.

I made a mistake with my order
I made a mistake with my order, I was able to cancel my order with them quickly. Then they applied the discount on my 2nd order that I would have missed out on otherwise. So helpful & quick to respond.
