EV Extras supplied me with a 15m cable for my x5 50e. The order process and prices were great.

DHL struggled to deliver to my house due to it being a new postcode, so I had to collect the order from their depot but EV extras were very helpful on the phone and supportive with resolving the issue with DHL.

I will definitely use again.

Bought my first EV car and trying to work out which cable to get as my Polestar 2 is only charging at 3.6kw. I didn't understand why, emailed these guys asking for advice on which cable, I have been dealing with Emma, she has been thorough and an amazing help informing me about which cable to get and that mine is possibly a 16amp and would need a 32 amp to charge a bit quicker. Gave me a few different options and explained them all. It refreshing to have a company help you out even before buying a product from them. So think im going to go with one of the cables Emma recommended. Thanks for all your help.

The speed of service and delivery was great. What I didn't know was that 3 pin adapters for EVs are nowhere near as efficient as a normal charger. I should have researched more before purchasing

Had problems ordering a charging cable online as the transaction wouldn't go through.
Phoned the contact number and spoke to a really helpful chap (a REAL person, yay!) who processed the order which I received the next day.
Fantastic service, and so refreshing to talk to a person rather than be kept waiting for ages listening to a string of "your call is very important to us" messages.

This is the first review I have felt compelled to do. I paid for next day delivery but it did not happen. I contacted Emma who immediately initiated the return of the additional money I had paid for this service. She then contacted the courier and e-mailed to say the delay was due to a fire on the M5 and the courier could not get through. She then followed the tracking and told me the delivery would be the next day. The cable came as promised and is true value for money. Emma then called to make sure the delivery had happened. I then received a further £10 refund, presumably for the slight inconvenience. This is by far the best customer experience I have received from an online company and I am now retired and have dealt with many.

Great experience with this company, got a well-made EV cable that does exactly what it says on the tin. Recommended.
