We're sorry about all the confusion around your order. You asked us to cancel it on March 27th, which we did, but it didn’t get marked properly in our system. That’s why you got mixed messages from us.
We refunded you right away, and the money left our account on March 28th, so you should have it by now.
Sorry for the hassle and misunderstanding. We've fixed things on our end so this doesn’t happen again.

10/10 communication
10/10 communication, even on weekends. Sent someone over to fix an issue i had promptly. The man was quick, polite and professional. Im happy with the bed. Even happier with how they dealt with any issues as i wasnt easy, as i couldnt do anything for myself due to lack of resources etc. If you have any issues they will sort them, just ask. Thumbs up.

So I only have four because previously there was a problem with the bed . As soon as they knew there was a problem Adam emailed me giving me not just one but 2 solutions to put things right . I now have a bed that I am happy with , thanks to Adam. Would I recommend this company , due to the way Adam responded to me and the bed I have now received yes I would. Sometimes things don’t always go to plan so it was nice to know that there are companies that cared and want to put things right .

Good sturdy Ottoman bed bases
Good sturdy Ottoman bed bases and fairly easy to assemble. Decent prices and delivery was carried out successfully albeit somewhat later than I was informed. All in all a positive experience and would buy again, but hope I never have to 😁

Give Fred a raise.
Everest are amazing, had an issue with the bed I ordered not being able to fit up the stairs the measurements were good but the angle of the ceiling made it a challenge, in steps Fred with fantastic customer service and we work something out (4 pieces instead of 2) would definitely use Everest again if I ever need a new bed.

Florence double ottoman bed/mattress
I ordered the Florence double ottoman bed in maroon with 10 inch Ultra hybrid 1000 memory mattress.
Ordering was easy I received a phone call a few days before delivery.
The courier rang me on the day to say what time he would arrive.
They turned up on time, one did a walk through to where I wanted the bed placed as I had booked delivery to my bedroom.
They both removed their shoes inside front door without me asking!
The base comes in 2 parts easier for delivery and I had paid extra £100 for floor standing headboard. The bed is well built, standard size double bed with lots of storage space I ordered the end lift version
The maroon is a beautiful wine color and the mattress is lovely in medium firm, no problem falling asleep.
The young men were very friendy and polite, fast workers as well, they had a lot of deliviers after mine. I would recommend Everest Beds.

Great quality beds
Great quality beds. I've had about 5 beds from here now and they are amazing beds. I've had the odd issues with a bit of damage that has happened in transit but Everest has been very accommodating and the issue is always resolved. I can't recommend the divan ottomans enough they are stunning beds
