One star mark down due to delivery company - which has been passed over.
Was delivered on the specified date and time, however the agent was quite dismissive - assumed two men would turn up to deliver but only wondered with being heavily pregnant made it a little bit more difficult and was told “ you need to book that in advance and pay by the delivery company”

I have no issues with Everest beds and will happily purchase again. Was lovely to speak to Julie today thank you very much for listening.

From the ease of ordering online to the prompt arrival, everything was easy. The delivery drivers where very professional and did not leave any mess. Julie gave us a call to make sure we were happy with our item. Could not fault anything. Would highly recommend this company.

From purchase to delivery I was updated and given a tracker to find my order. I was given an estimated delivery time and my bed arrived way ahead of schedule.
It's beautiful, workmanship amazing, stunning bed worth twice the price, my bed was an ottoman bed so much storage, feather light to open and close.
Delivery Driver so polite and super helpful, he kept me up to date by phone in the morning, with delivery time. Arrived within half an hour of expected time.

First class company with top notch service, excellent work force, great follow up to check all was good. I would give them 10/10. Nothing to fault.

I would use again 100% I searched so many bed shops and all were double even tripple the price, so I had expected a cheap finish, but boy was i super surprised, interior wood base boxes are solid.

I had an issue with the ottoman bed I bought, when I emailed them, Fred was extremely helpful, explained what he thought the issue was, sent out new pumps promptly and gave me clear instructions on how to change them. The issue has been fixed.Fantastic customer service from Fred - thank you!

From start to finish this company was fantastic. I was worried as the prices seemed too good to be true however a few reviews seemed honest and stood out to me so I took the plunge. And I’m so glad I did. The quality, the sturdiness and choice of fabric I am really impressed. Didn’t know what to expect. We have bought beds from dusk, dreams and next before and all of them have failed us for multiple reasons. Communication from the get go was great and any questions I had were resolved instantly. Delivery was easy.

Really happy with my purchase from Everest Beds. The beds are excellent quality, sturdy and look even better in person. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free, and I’ve had no issues whatsoever. Great quality for the price and I would definitely recommend Everest Beds to anyone looking for a new bed. From start to finish Everest beds had exceeded my expectations. From choosing my bed to having it built. I would highly recommend them. My bed is really comfy and I could not ask for anything better!

Update: My 1 star review has now been revised to 4 star because of a resolution to the problem aired. The director of Everest beds telephoned me to express his profound apologies with an offer to refund the delivery charges. He said that the delivery was by a third party contractor and he has now taken necessary steps so that such problems do not happen again.

As for the supplied goods, I am happy with my purchase. The ottoman bed, mattress and the headboard are of good quality and value for money.

This review is about the very stressful delivery experience today. I am elderly in my 80's and live in a retirement home, the gist of it was known to Everest beds even before I placed my order. Yet, the delivery notification was the evening before the delivery date and that too by a text just before their office closed (so much so my phone call to them went unanswered). Delivery window given was 6 am to 2 pm with the driver supposedly phoning me 30 minutes before arrival. The driver however phoned me to say that he would be arriving in 10 minutes, but arrived in 5 minutes. Early in the morning, I was half way into dismantling and removing the old bed out of the way, but he said he would not wait. I had to make a frantic call to Everest beds, firstly to clear up whether it was room of choice only or room of choice and assembly and secondly to give me 5 more minutes to clear the room for delivery. Obviously the driver was a third party contractor because Everest beds could only plead with him to be kind with the customer. I hope the product is good as many of your reviewers say, but please ask your driver to give the 30 minute warning before arriving and if that is not possible, then at least be considerate to the situation they encounter. All this hassle is about an extra 5 minutes (literally) for the delivery to be completed.

Amazing customer service the bed was delivered very quickly and really hight quality and easy to assemble I love the fact you get bored to sit under the bed as a shelf instead of a dust sheet the details of on the outside and inside the bed are on have definitely had a fantastic design process really easy to lift up fantastic for storage am really happy with my bed amazing prices highly recommend

I purchased a small double side ottoman - Hannah - alongside a mattress, and the transaction was smooth but the mattress itself was too soft. I requested a return and refund. After a few calls back and forth, I was contacted by the Everest team who offered me a range of options, going above and beyond to resolve the issue. Great to see that there still exist companies that take their customer base seriously and care about providing both great products as well as great customer service! The 5 stars are definitely deserved! Thank you.

Excellent quality.. ordered 3 double ottoman beds.. duck egg blue first and 2 black double ottoman beds also purchased 3 mattresses as well .. quick deliveries.. lovely delivery driver excellent value for money .

Very pleased with our kingsize ottoman bed. Delivery was on time and assembly very easy.

Super prices, got a first order discount and delivery was exactly as they said. The king size mattress I bought is of great quality and very comfortable. No complaints at all. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again, in fact they'd be my first choice!

The double bed we got from Everest has been used by a few people and they all say it is very comfortable.
The company’s service was great, just the delivery process and communication around that that can be improved.

This is my second updated review for the Havannah divan bed with draws.
Whilst initially disappointed, Everest reached out and rectified the issue positively, politely and promptly.
