Everest beds Opiniones

Great quality beds. I've had about 5 beds from here now and they are amazing beds. I've had the odd issues with a bit of damage that has happened in transit but Everest has been very accommodating and the issue is always resolved. I can't recommend the divan ottomans enough they are stunning beds

The divan bed we had delivered was easy to put together, good quality would buy from Everest beds again

Great range of beds to choose from. Ordered 2 double ottoman beds with headboards. Product arrived quickly and were easy to install. The sales team kept in touch so we knew when to expect the delivery. I will be ordering another soon! Great customer service and choice of products.

Great decision to buy my ottoman bed from Everest Beds. Easy to assemble and love the non slip for the mattress. Fast delivery too

Easy to choose and order. Great price. Very quick delivery. Love the anti slippery surface so the mattress stays in the right place. Very helpful and polite courier. I highly recommend Everest Beds to anyone looking for a new bed.

Lovely quality bed, quick delivery and looks stunning! Thank you!

Easy to assemble and my daughter really loves her new bed

The primary reason for my 5 star rating has to be the customer service team. They are extremely responsive from ordering to delivery. I emailed asking about delivery times and they responded quickly. I also had a courtesy call after I’d placed my order to check everything was correct, which further assured me when ordering from a relatively unknown company. The bed arrived very slightly damaged in transit. I contacted Everest about this and they immediately responded with suitable options to put the problem right- which they did straight away.
I ordered the Ottoman bed a couple of days before Christmas and it arrived before New Year, which was excellent. The bed is of good quality, not high-end but it’s well made, sturdy, looks great and is perfectly suitable. We went with the standard headboard in the cream plush velvet and It looks amazing! Assembly is simple and didn’t take long at all. The bed opens and closes easily, has ample storage and does the job perfectly (plus looks fabulous.)
Wouldn’t hesitate recommending this company to anyone.

Absolutely delighted with our ottoman bed! From beginning to end, the service exceeded expectations—ordering was smooth, delivery was prompt, and the assembly person was excellent. I would definitely suggest this company to others.

We were so pleased with the double ottoman from Everest Beds that we purchased a second one for the guest room. Lovely choice of fabrics and headboard designs plus free fabric swatches. Excellent communication and easy to order. The beds arrived well wrapped. I managed to assembly it myself, although assembly service is available. They're really well built, and provide lots of storage. So glad I found this company on Trustpilot. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with our ottoman bed. The service from the very start was really good, ordering, delivery and to the person that came to assemble the bed. Would highly recommend this company.

Reasonable people to get the bed from. Delivery was on time, good competitive prices and built quality is fine too.

Great customer service, Fred was very helpful and responsive.
Ordered on the Tuesday, bed was with us on the following Sunday!

Had an issue with the finish on the footboard, emailed and sent photos, straight away was advised a replacement would be sent, no questions. My bed is stunning and would definitely recommend buying from this company.

We are delighted with the bed – it was the second we have purchased from Everest and we shall certainly buy again as and when the need arises. It is outstanding value for money and the storage space is perfect for our needs. Such a relief that you also took away all the packaging, the old bed and headboard.

The two person delivery team were exceptional. They phoned in advance and were so polite and helpful throughout. It had been a long and rather wet day for them, yet another soggy Saturday, and it was dark and cold, but they were unfailing in their work and within an hour everything was completed. This was a great relief for us.

However, the most outstanding feature was the Customer Service. OK, it was prompt and efficient throughout but it became quite exceptional when we were worried about a delivery date being met. In stepped Fred. He responded quickly to e-mails from us about it and then a few days later contacted us again to ensure that everything was now in place. Not just responsive, but proactive as well. That is what makes the difference, frankly. You can get beds from lots of places (although few as good for the money this one) but the critical difference was the customer service. Take a bow, Fred. You deserve it. Good luck in all that you do.

Fantastic service from start to finish—couldn’t fault a thing. I absolutely love my new bed! I chose the Ottoman Omega divan in Coniston Mink and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The quality is excellent and it looks far more expensive than it was, so definitely great value for money. It does require two people to assemble, but the instructions were really clear and easy to follow. Overall, I’m thrilled with my purchase and would highly recommend this company.

We're really happy with our single ottoman bed from Everest. It's sturdy and feels high quality. The delivery was efficient and the call afterwards from customer service to check we were happy with our purchase was much appreciated. This is the second bed we have bought from Everest - we are still very happy with the one we bought a couple of years ago as it is still in excellent condition after two years. I would definitely recommend Everest Beds.

Delivery was on time . They kept me informed about the whole process.
The bed is just amazing and great for the asking price (where other companies would have charged more than double).
Well done Everest Beds

Brilliant service and very responsive. Arrived as advised and called when 10 minutes away. Good quality products. Going to order another bed frame 😀

Good communication with delivery and a great product, good value for money and easy to assemble
