Ordered ottoman bed on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday.
Well made and looks lovely.

Really happy with our purchase of a zip link bed. It's very comfy, but still firm. The zip link also gives us flexibility when visitors come. Delivery was super quick and the price made it great value for money too. What's not to love!

I was initially purchasing my bed elsewhere and came across the reviews on here for Everest Beds so decided to order there instead & I’m glad I did. Ordered my bed late on Monday evening, phone call to confirm on Wednesday afternoon, and my bed was delivered on the Sunday with a text before hand to let me know it was coming. Bed is solid and very well made. Much better than a previous bed I had from a “well known” bed retailer that cost a lot more money. The ottoman is a game changer for storage and I will be purchasing another bed soon. Well worth the money.

I was looking to order a bed on Saturday night and needed some assistance, so I used the online chat service. I honestly didn’t expect a reply until Monday, but to my surprise, I received responses well into the early hours! I was amazed and really appreciated the dedication and customer service.

I placed my order, and to my delight, received a text on Tuesday advising that delivery would be on Wednesday. The delivery window provided (6 a.m. – 7 p.m.) wasn’t ideal, but I was able to contact the team for a more accurate estimate. Unfortunately, due to heavy traffic, the delivery had to be rescheduled for the next day. Although this was inconvenient, it was completely understandable, and the driver personally called to apologise and give me a confirmed time slot for the following day, which I really appreciated.
This morning, I received a text with the updated delivery time, and the bed arrived first thing. The driver was extremely helpful and even assisted me in carrying it upstairs, as I had arranged help for the previous day before the delay and due to living in first floor flat.

I’ve now set up the bed, and it’s absolutely beautiful—so well made and exactly what I wanted. I’m incredibly happy with my purchase and will definitely be ordering again soon.

The communication with Everest was very good from when purchase was made right through to delivery. The delivery guys were very good. I also paid for the bed to be assembled. This was carried out very professionally. My daughter very happy with her bed. Very sturdy bed

After searching 3 weeks looking for the perfect single ottoman bed. I kept coming across Everest beds. After reading the reviews, I plucked up the courage to place my order. It was a plush pink velvet single ottoman with headboard. The bed is manufactured in the UK and it is solid. It holds my hubby who is extremely tall and close to 130kg. It was easy to assemble. It came the same week I ordered. I had a confirmation call of order from Everest bed, then a couple of days later the couriers rang to arrange delivery. I was given a time slot then a text in the day 30 mins before delivery. I will definitely be ordering my next lot of beds from Everest Beds.

Someone from everest called me after placing my order just to confirm every detail and to thank me for ordering with them. Very helpful with a specific delivery date request too, altho the delivery company only gave overnight warning of delivery the next morning, were 3 days later than scheduled and they also weren't going to assemble the bed even tho I paid the fee.

Hi, ordered the Milano King size Ottoman bed and floor stand head board! Quality is really good, best bed frame I have ever had without a doubt so good I'm going to have another very soon.

I had a call the day after ordering confirming my order.
I was told when the order should be delivered by.
It was very quick.
The product is excellent.
The only problem was the delivery firm didn't let me know the day before they were coming as promised.

Easy to order, good communication, initially would only give 24 hour notice of delivery but when the date was not suitable it was easy to rearrange.
Not tried the beds yet but look to be as expected.

Very comfortable bed, easy to make. Family member recommended Everest beds to me and I am glad they did. Delivery didn't take long at all. Only disadvantage is if living in a flat they won't help you bring it up the stairs

Ordered a King size bed and mattress for my guest room and it was delivered on Thursday. The whole process, from getting free sample swatches, the ease of ordering, the updates on delivery dates, and the delivery confirmation was so simple. The delivery company kept me informed and the guys on the day were so polite and respectful, calling me beforehand to say when they’d arrive. The bed and mattress are perfect and I couldn’t be more delighted!

Had a couple of issues with the bed on delivery but Everests customer service was outstanding and they rectified the issues very quickly and professionally. The customer service (Fred) really was a breath of fresh air you just don’t get service like that anymore.

Very well made bed, lovely material and so easy to put together. I ordered from everest beds after being let down another company and spending 7 months trying to get my money back. I would certainly use Everest Beds again and recommend to friends. Delivery was 1 week sooner than expected and the guys were great. Overall a brilliant service.

So happy I came across Everest Beds!! After being messed about a different bed company I was so worried about the same happening again but honestly can’t fault Everest one bit. Amazing customer service also my bed & mattress were delivered to me within a week of placing the order!
It says on their website that you get a notification of a smaller time slot on the day & when your delivery driver is on his way & at least 30 minutes notice but unfortunately I did not receive either of these. So just be aware that you might not receive this but no doubt your order is on its way. You do get told the day it’s coming, so I just stayed in anyway! ☺️
