If you do have a problem the customer services dept are really good. I accidentally ordered a pair of sandals in the wrong size and the exchange was so easy.

I have now bought Boots, shoes, sandals, jackets, jumper, fleeces and a gorgeous winter coat! My collection keeps growing, I love my blue box deliveries.

I have now ordered a pair of boots for my daughter to start off her love of the brand too.

Great quality clothing as always and easy to order process and delivered quickly.

thank you for the wonderful service I got today in the Stamford branch. Despite what I was looking for not being in store, and subsequently in the sale the customer service advisors could not have been more helpful. Getting me multiple sizes of a similar product so I could get a good fit and then ordering for me to be delivered to home. Showing off other items I might be interested in without being too pushy. Then recommending a couple of dog friendly places to visit and making lots of fuss of my dog. You don't often have the kind of service I received today or the care and attention to the customer in general. Thanks once again and I'll definitely be back!

I ordered Holbourne Navy suede · Trainers on 28th April 2025, and the first day I got them, when was tie them up, the lace eyelet snap was broken, so I sent them back, but it took me 5 chats to get someone to send a replacement pair out, and this Month lace snap so I when on to chat to get new one and new insole and lace come to right address but insole go to my older address butting me at risk as move from my old address due issue what happened at start 2026 and custmer team was not nice and manager did care about issue

My husband purchased a Lydia Millen top handle bag for my birthday. Paid extra for next day delivery and we had to wait in for the DPD driver. Beautiful box, beautiful packaging. We took the bag out of the bag and took off the handle protector to find that there was a dark brown stain on one of the handles . Someone had obviously tried to peel the stain off taking the top coat of leather with it. There were also splodges of dark brown in the protector ( stain?)
We packaged everything up and then had to take time out today to queue at a post office to send it back. Remember he'd paid extra for fast delivery ? He called customer service who essentially apologised but said until the bag is returned they couldn't a bag back out despite them having email evidence it was on it's way to them . No offer of a refund of that postage cost let alone anything else. He's incredibly disappointed as he was excited for me to have this for my birthday. I adore Lydia Millen and hoped to buy all three bags but this experience has left a bad taste. If customer services had handled this better then it would be a different story . We've been incredibly put out having to return a defective bag that quality control should have picked up on and yet all we get is ' I'm sorry and we'll send out another when we get this back' . We're in business ourselves. If we have proof something is coming back to us, we go out of our way to bake sure the customer is recompensed for the inconvenience and we put it right ASAP. True shame as my birthday gift is now tainted .

***Update***
Customer services have been back in touch in response to an email from my husband following his initial call. Their email was exactly what we'd hoped for from our original call. Assurances that the new bag will double checked before sending and that I will receive my new bag ASAP. If all is well then I will definitely be a returning customer as I would love to get the Lydia Millen clutch in chocolate as my next bag. As mentioned , the bag it self was gorgeous, the leather just beautiful and the design is perfection.

My Husband gifted me the Regina, tan suede in flat, sporting fit option.

I was a bit worried as I’m petite, so the length of the boot comes up higher on my leg. However it’s not too bad a fit, they come up to a teeny bit below my knee. I wore them around the house to break in first. Very comfortable. Exquisite quality. These will last for years.

Beautiful looking trainers, by far the most uncomfortable ones I have ever bought unfortunately.

We have purchased many Fairfax items over the years and love all of them.

We had an issue with my wife’s Explorer boots, after speaking to Ciara and Angy the issue we had was sorted promptly and we never had to wait for a reply to any of our emails.

I understand things happen sometimes, but the way our issue was dealt with really shows how good a company is.

Due to this we will continue to purchase Fairfax items in the future.

Everything is of top-notch quality and will never go out of style. Fairfax & Favor products are definitely worth the investment.
