Costly, protracted and unreliable
Farmwood mechanical have taken many months to fail to install a functioning humidistat for my Nuaire system. So protracted, costly, and unimpressive that I’ve had to walk away with the problem unresolved.
UPDATE: We’ve now had an independent electrician round and he was able to fix the problem at source within only a few minutes for £100 + humidistat. All the work the Farmwood engineer carried out, and proposed to carry out in future, was unnecessary. Total cost with Farmwood, had we paid it, would have been approx £1500.

Hi Andrew,
Its really disappointing to read your review as this was a bespoke modification outside of the MVHR manufacturers standard build and required information and materials to be supplied by others.
This information was regretfully incorrect - hence our free return visit's with free of charge parts to rectify the MVHR unit that is out of warranty
We cant always get it right first time and do at times rely on manufacturers information on bespoke modifications
I apologise for the inconvenience and hope you reconsider the last quotation as this is the cost for the solution you requested from us.
