Checked our address first as it seemed to not quite respond to the post code.

Ordered 3cm balls, but they are actually 4cm in size. I know they talk about small variations in sizing, but they have 4cm balls as an option. So… what size are the 4cm balls? 5cm?? It makes no sense. I reached out with photos of the measurements, asking to return the balls because they are too big for my project, but I haven’t had any response. So that was money down the drain.

I had purchased items for Christmas , both bright red red and green. When the items were received, I received green and hot pink. It was not long before Christmas ( around the 16th they were received) I tried to make contact with felt ball rug, however the email address was not allowing me to make contact. I had purchased from them before with no issue. I was not able to finish my project gift, which was disappointing. Had I have been able to email customer service, the issue may have been able to be resolved.

After waiting longer than expected and not being able to contact the business in any way I wondered if I had lost my money, however I did receive my order eventually and all of the felt balls arrived and all in good condition. The colours and quality are lovely, the sizes not exact but close enough. If there was an email or phone number that worked and wasn’t disconnected I would feel comfortable to order again.

Looking back to the previous comments, obviously im not the only one who experienced the terrible customer service this company provides. Absolute no way to get in touch with them, tried emails, live chat, SMS, whatsapp..none were responsive. I was lucky enough to get paypal to involve and had my momey back! A week later, i received items that i didnt even order, the quantities of the items that i ordered were not even accurate e.g order 100pcs but only received 15pcs. I ordered the same items via Aliexpress with much cheaper price & fast delivery at last. Needless to say, this is completely a disgusting scam.

Ordered a felt rug and instead got a set of bamboo stakes. Not happy.

I honestly thought this business was a scam and I had done my money. I received an email stating that my order had been delivered, and it had not. I tried contacting the mobile number on the website numerous times, but was never answered. Mobile message bank was full, so couldn't leave a message. Emailed multiple times, to the email provided, but never received a reply. Sent a message via the website, but never received a reply. I even tried through Facebook, but still no reply. Absolutely uncontactable.
The product did arrive several weeks later. No mention on the website that the goods are being posted from Nepal. Most of the items were good quality, but a few items can not be sold. The orders are also sent out by Aramex who is very unreliable. My parcel was not left at my door, but at the communal letterboxes where anyone could have taken the parcel valued at $300.
With all the worry this order caused, I would never pay by anything other than paypal, if at all.

The quality of the recently purchased felt hearts was excellent. Some in previous orders have been flatter/smaller, but this batch were all well constructed, plump and of great quality.

I had my purchase of sample colours cancelled and don't believe I received a refund.

This one of the biggest scam online store in Australia.

Save your money before they steal your money. I hope Australian Tax Officer would get to them

CAUTION Don't buy from this website. They never delivered the full items that i purchased, and failed to provide any invoices.
Furthermore, I tried to call them 7 times on the number that provided on their website. But they have never try to call me back. I also tried to send them email through the confirmation order (email) that I received when I made the purchased but that email address is invalid.

Today, I tried to email them by using the usa 🇺🇸 and Nepalese email addresses but both of them are invalid!

I don't know what to make of this circumstances; except saying this is a professional spammers website.

Product is fine. Some of the felt balls varied in size, but colours all true to website. Shipping took forever and customer service was terrible - i could not get in contact with anyone!

Great variety on offer. Easy ordering process, quick delivery and quality product.

Great product, however, they only sent 40 of the 80 felt balls that I paid for. I have attempted to contact them with multiple emails and phone calls and they have yet to respond. I even offered to pick up the extra felt balls to avoid them paying an extra shipping fee. They have not responded. I would love to get the remaining 40 ball or a refund at the bare minimum.

The product is wonderful however unfortunately communication with the company is non existent. I sent multiple messages and received no reply. I made my order with express shipping which was a waste of my money. I hoped to buying frequently off this company for a new product I had been working on but will look for a more reliable business now. Such a shame because I was happy with the quality of the product.
