Half of the felt balls I received were…
Half of the felt balls I received were different to the size I ordered. The colours were also slightly different to what I was expecting. However the company was prompt to answer my queries before I ordered.

Cat cave
Ordered a felt cat cave advertised as made from New Zealand wool felt. Product arrived from Nepal with no New Zealand wool marking (so doubtful of claim). Shipping slip also showed product was 20aud but charged nearly 100aud. Cat cave is well made and cat enjoys it but too many things don’t add up here! Don’t see how making 400%profit benefits Nepalese workers. Tell me I’m wrong?

Love them, but not exactly what i expected.
The slippers are wonderful quality and so thick and warm! Beautifully made. However, one is a good 2 centimeters smaller than the other - i understand they are handmade and imperfections happen, but it's a little annoying. Also, i contacted customer service about another question i had after i placed my order, but never heard back from them.
I'd still very much reccomend them, but just remind yourself that hand made products do come with slight differences in sizing
