The slippers I bought were not as shown on the website - the sole was different to the one displayed. Having bought slippers in Nepal I knew what I saw online was what I wanted but the slippers that came were not as displayed

The website said the rug was in stock whilst it in fact was not. Took a lot longer to arrive than expected, but really happy with the product!

All okay. My cat is a little afraid to go inside and just sleeps on top of it instead. The hole could have been slightly wider, but no problems. Also, there is no brown as stated in the listing. It is black and grey. My cat is happy so I am happy.
