I ordered some trainers but sadly they didn’t fit. I returned them and received excellent customer service from Lydia who responded to me regularly updating me on my return and refund.

Fantastic customer service
Had an issue with a some school shoes I bought a few months ago from the FHW website. I emailed FHW, explaining the issue and also attached some photos. They responded very promptly and acknowledged it was a manufacturing fault and immediately issued a refund and apologized for any inconvenience caused. It makes a change to deal with such an honest company with excellent customer service levels!

Website clear and easy to navigate. The boots were delivered very promptly as indicated. Note in regard to sizing, I had to go up to a size 7 for the Hunter Chelsea boot, my longer regular length Hunter wellies are a 6.
