Excellent service. Easy to order and the shoes arrived very quickly. Unfortunately they didn’t fit so I had to arrange their return which was simple and efficient. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a pair of trainers money taken immediately informed next day that they where out of stock and would be refunded.
Still waiting 2 weeks later for my refund first and last time I will use this company

Customer service team were swift and helpful
Ordered shoes for my dad in the black friday sale, the shoes didn't fit (not FHW fault just one of those things) so i wanted the same shoes but a bigger size. The shoes are now not in the sale but FHW honored the sale price and gave me a code to use. Returns aren't free but to send a pair of shoes back was only a couple of pound, and if i had to return them to a store i would have had to pay for petrol and carparking so no different.

very uncomfortable boots
I ordered a pair of boots that fitted correctly but within ten minutes of wearing them in the house, they rubbed my heel and made it bleed and left a blister. I asked them to send me a returns label to send them back so that I do not have to pay the postage as the boots are not fit for purpose and cannot be worn. They refused to do this. I am very disappointed with this company. I sent them pictures of my heel with the blister but they still refused, saying that it was a size issue. The boots fitted perfectly but the inside of the boots was hard.

Ordered boots standard size
Ordered boots standard size. They sent wide size. And will not take it back as I have to pay the postage. So I got wrong boots for small mistake. Started wearing them and they are not right at all.

Helpful staff at Muck Boot Company
Wanted to buy a pair of Muck Boots from the Muck Boot Company but didn't know what size as I have very fat calves. The very helpful staff sent me a list of suppliers in the area and suggested I go and physically try them on. So glad I did because I had to size up 3 times my normal size. Their advice saved me alot of potential hassle with replacements.

Ordered a pair of shoes with express…
Ordered a pair of shoes with express delivery. FHW choose to use Parcelforce. Allegedly tried to deliver yesterday but no card left. Redirected delivery to neighbour for today. Allegedly tried to deliver to them today but no card left. No idea where the shoes actually are and it transpires if I want to redirect to my work address or a post office, it's going to cost me an additional £12 to work or £13 to a post office....and they don't deliver on Saturday. FHW really need to revisit their choice of courier - had I known it was Parcelforce, I'd never have opted for express delivery. No response from FHW or Parcelforce to my enquiries. Absolutely no concept of customer service, simply happy to have got my £70. Avoid like the plague.

Good service
I ordered some boots but they were too small so I sent them back and ordered a larger size. Delivery was fast.
I had to email regarding my return as I realised I'd not put correct returns label on so it would delay processing, I emailed regarding this and it all get dealt with efficiently and the refund processed.
