Good customer care. A considerable delay in the delivery of our new NEFF oven due to shortage of components to assemble it was courteously and professionally explained by Amanda. The problem wasn't her fault, nor that of the manufacturer, it's just a knock on from COVID-19 and one day the manufacturing world will catch up.
When it was delivered it was done so carefully so as not to damage it, installed, the old oven removed and there was a quick demo of how the new oven works.

So I broke the door latch on our Bosch washing machine (6 months ago I broke the door handle). Fields were great!, came out in 2 days and did a quick fix, then came back after getting a new part, both times Pat arrived dead on time, did a great job, and was off to his next appointment. Thanks also to Amanda in their GX shop - she was great, receiving pics and a video of the problem, all sorted very smoothly. We've bought appliances from Fields and have repairs and installations done by them also - I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks!

Excellent service in the Beaconsfield shop - the salesman was knowledgeable and efficient. The appliance was delivered the next day, as agreed, and at the specified time. The delivery driver was helpful and efficient. All in all, a 5 star service.

I replaced a ceramic hob with and induction one. I used Fields as I have purchased appliances from there before. Firstly, the prices are competitive, the telephonic service on purchasing, delivering and finally installing were great as usual.
The Fields' agent who delivered the hob and installed it was extremely professional and in less than 20 minutes the hob was up and running.
I will be back again.

I recently had a fridge freezer that had packed up in a property I rent out and after a failed delivery from a very well know appliances online company, I went to visit Fields in Beaconsfield and the very helpful Clive assisted me and knew exactly what I wanted with no pressure to buy. Of course I did buy and the delivery I hear went very well from again very helpful and friendly team members.

After our integrated combi microwave oven failed we needed a replacement for guests due to dine in a few days. Fields were able to supply, fit and remove the old appliance quickly and efficiently. However the streamlined new combi oven made our 15 year old single oven look very dated. Within a week they were able to prove a matching single oven bringing our kitchen up to date. We bought both appliances online without any need to visit their outlets and they were available on the phone to answer any queries. We have no hesitation in recommending them.

Superb efficiency from Amanda, sourced a Miele product for me in minutes at the end of the day, put one hold as only 5 being imported, Amanda called me the next morning at 9.20 am, the product had been secured, paid for on the 9/11/21within 15 minutes and she confirmed delivery would be towards the end of November after arriving in the UK ... without a doubt excellent service from Amanda!
