After looking on the website, I phoned the Beaconsfield shop and a prompt response by a 'real person'!
My order was taken and questions answered pleasantly and efficiently. Delivery was only a few days later and I was able to get a 3 hour time slot on the day before delivery.
Delivery was on time with a cheerful delivery driver.

Fields delivered and installed our new dishwasher within only a few days of ordering. They took away the old one. We are delighted with our purchase.

Ordered a new Bosch chordless vacuum while moving house. Delivery came within a few days and it has been a lifesaver during the moving process.

It was great. Initially we were dubious about ordering expensive items without seeing them but with useful discussion from knowledgeable staff at shop followed by efficient installation and helpful tips we were delighted.

Excellent, highly efficient and friendly local company in Beaconsfield. I ordered a new freezer at 9 am 28th January 2021 and it was delivered and installed at 1 pm the next day. The team of two were in and out in less than 10 minutes and took away my old freezer for disposal. They wore masks and were very Covid aware. Very reasonable price for installation and disposal too. Will use this company in future for other white goods.

Very pleased with fields electrical shop in GX.. we needed a new dish washer and before we purchased one the engineer came out to see if fixing our old one was possible so we might get a little more time out of it unfortunately this was not the case and we were able to order one and get it installed by Fields, with minimum fuss and very quickly.. I ordered my dishwasher over the phone between Christmas and new year and it was delivered on a day that suited me the following week. It was fitted very efficiently leaving no mess and they took the old unit away. Great friendly and efficient service.

Have brought several items from Fields in the past and always been pleased with the service. My recent purchase a few days ago based on their recommendations has proved successful. Possibly may have got this cheaper online but they gave a good time slot, installed item & took away all packaging with a friendly smile. Always good to support local business in this pandemic.
