After disappointing responses from Harvey’s agents I fortunately discovered this company selling the replacement product we required. The water filter was the exact fit for our TwinTec head system and sold at a fair price too.

Customer Service as it should be
Similar story to other reviewers, tried to source a replacement filter from both Samsung and a supplier I'd used previously for our old American fridge/freezer. Neither were able to match the price quoted by Filter Flair, in comparison it was more like buy one get one free. 2 genuine Samsung filters delivered within a couple of days, can't ask for better customer service than that.

Replacement Tap
Issue with previous tap bought over a year and half ago but was still under warranty. Great customer service whereby they sourced a replacement tap from the manufacturer which I received two weeks after initial email. Brian in customer service very quick at responding to queries and emails.
Would definitely recommend Filter Flair.

Great company
After my usual fridge water filter was out of stock on Samsung website, I searched online and came across Filter Flair. After reading the reviews and looking at their social media, I decided to make a purchase and bought 2. The pricing is really competitive, ordering was super easy and order update communication was great throughout. I didn’t need to contact the company, but they included their email and phone number in my order confirmation email which, in the days of retail giants, is quite rare. The filters arrived in a few days and were perfect. I’ll keep purchasing from FF going forward.

Not fitted the filter yet but the service from this company has been first class. The communication regarding delivery etc was excellent, had ordered from another supplier(and made payment) only to find they weren’t in stock & couldn’t supply- will continue to use Filter Flair in the future.

The tap has plastic piping which is very durable and increases the amount of spare space available under the sink due to a significant reduction in the number of connecting pipes required to the mains and water filter unit.
