Counterfeit fridge filters are a genuine problem online, so we source directly from manufacturers and approved distributors, and we check compatibility carefully so you get the right filter for your exact fridge or system first time. We're a small team who know water filtration inside out. If you're not sure which filter fits your fridge model, what micron rating you need, or how to install a system, ask us. You'll get a straight answer from someone who knows the products, not a script. Efficient and fast dealing with issues
Order filters and came quickly, however incorrect number of filters sent.
Clear mistake on their part, no issues and no stress. A bit of a hassle in not getting correct number of filters the first time but we all make small mistakes, it’s how you deal with it that matters. They dealt with it perfectly.
Easy to contact online and quickly sent out remaining filters.
Would definitely use again.

Product arrived on time and was easy to fit but there was a leak. Previous installation had omitted the O ring but chatting to the very helpful Brian he spotted the problem and the O ring was posted promptly and arrived the following day. Great service.
