Despite supplying you with infinite information your suggestions can be way off the mark. Not sure is it a case of using totally outdated algorithms or if it’s just a case of picking random similar names to bulk out giving the impression that there are loads of more new hints. However this doesn’t cut mustard. Inevitably it just wastes my precious time. If my ancestors were Jack and Jill who got married then don’t give me John & Joan or Jack & John!

If I had a chance I would give no stars. My reason is simple. People are desperate to trace their family and relatives. You do not give the information unless a fee is paid. I find that unfortunate. Having said that you are in the business of making money. Enough said. Please consider if you can people's feelings buying their roots.

Sometimes deceptive
There are many records here which can't be found anywhere else but they also over-state what they have available. E.g. they boast parish records for Worcestershire but only have baptisms for four parishes.
The search function is clumsy and difficult.

Finding further information
I have entered all the information I know onto a FMP family tree, to see if a subscription can take me any further, as I have exhausted the information available on Ancestry. It maybe that I now need to contact local societies for further information, especially in NI.

Love the quick easy list of search results and that it is so easy to click onto the original record.
Only thing I would change is the range of years being +/- I would much prefer 2 separate input boxes, one for start year and one for end year of search.
One of my top 3 favourite websites for searching Irish records.
Also really enjoyed searching through the newspapers and found some lost stories

I have found some interesting facts
I have found some interesting facts, names, birth and death records using find my past. I was actually able to go back 6 generations, which I thought would be impossible. It was so easy to follow hints to discover many names of ancestors that I didn’t even know existed! This was such a great resource for my journey into my family tree.

Free or not Free ??
I received your e/m regarding free weekend so I decided to search for family members before purchasing on Monday or Tuesday. I think it is only sensible to make sure of which correct characters that Find my Past comes up with before paying and ending up with the wrong people. I was only able to enter the 1921 Census once and then it stopped me altogether so I fail to understand if the search is free then what went wrong please ??

Not much information on this site. I had to put in all information myself. Very little offered. Does not tell you when setting up that there is a cost. Very misleading

I did not find the site intuitive
I did not find the site intuitive. Some people were entered twice by mistake when using the search option, and I could not find out how to delete them without leaving an “unknown” box.

Impressed with the site.
I initially joined your site in 2011/2015 and although I sourced lots of information on family, I was unable to connect with other family members searching the same tree. Some of these were across the world. I am very impressed with the improved site which gives me access to Griffith's Valuation, British records and elsewhere.
