I had a quick, hassle free exchange of e mails with Customer services.
A replacement for a faulty detector was immediately organised by Fire Angel same day.

Had a problem with one of my linked fire alarms and contacted technical support.
It's been a few years since we purchased them so I wasn't expecting much tbh but how amazing to be so wrong.
By (just about) return I got a reply, understandably asking for more info such as proof of purchase (totally understanfable) but also loads of hyperlinks to info incase any of that helped.
Unfortunately it didn't so I sent in the PoP as requested and the details and a super helpful support person (Carol) contacted me with everything I needed and hey ho we are sleeping safe in our beds again all hooked up end to end across the bungalow.
Always thought the product was fab and now I know the support service backs up the brand name

I made contact as our fire alarm went faulty after just 18 months! I had a very fast response from Sophia in Customer Service who was very helpful. As requested I sent proof of purchase and within the same day Sophia confirmed a replacement was being sent out to me. Excellent service from Sophia and a very professional company. Thank you

Good telephone support, effective diagnosis of a gatewayfault, and prompt despatch of a replacement under warranty. Called back on receipt (6 days) to advise new details and the account was transferred to new gateway. Received concise instructions to update the app. All complete within 15 minutes.
Service and support as you'd like to receive from all suppliers but, sadly, a rare thing. FireAngel certainly delivers and, I suggest, is a business worthy of support.

Excellent customer service, I would recommend their products. One of our 10year guarantee smoke alarms failed after 6 years. I was able to provide a copy of the original receipt (from Screwfix) plus photo of the packaging. The company are sending me a replacement. E mails were answered promptly and courteously.

I bought two mains powered FireAngel smoke alarms from Amazon, however one was found to be faulty when the electrician eventually fitted them.
The time frame for returning the faulty alarm to Amazon had passed, so I emailed customer services at FireAngel.
The response from Robbie was swift and helpful and, after several email exchanges, I received excellent advice from him and a replacement alarm.
Thank you - much appreciated.

The battery life should be 10 years but (not for the first time) the device starts chirping indicating the battery has failed. 2.5 years in. Guaranteed for 2 years. Only support from Fireangel was: buy a new one, we have a new model out. Great.

I inherited the smoke alarms when I bought my new house and thought one of the alarms was faulty.
I contacted customer services who advised me what to do and it worked!
They also gave me good advice on how to ensure the alarms work efficiently.
I did not purchase the alarms or new ones but the customer service was excellent regardless.

Had a problem with my optical smoke alarm. Contacted customer service and they clearly advised what I needed to send them to validate my original purchase. I did all that and I have just received an email to advise that a replacement alarm is to be sent out to me. Can’t beat that and I will definitely be staying with Fire Angel products in the future.

I bought a smoke alarm from FireAngel, with a non-removable battery that was supposed to last for 10 years. Unfortunately, the battery seems to have run out after 1.5 years. Contacted FireAngel, and they replaced my item immediately! Thanks Nikkita

I had some issues with four years old Fire Angel fire alarm. As it happened to be under warranty. I contacted the company. I was greeted by Sophia ( receptionist) she helped me & resolved the matter straight away.
She sent me an email confirming replacement.

Great service. Unfortunately one of my smoke alarms developed a fault. Contacted FireAngel yesterday afternoon and spoke to Alan. He emailed procedure to me whilst I was on the phone. I emailed the purchase invoice to FireAngel this morning and received a reply from Sophia almost straightaway informing me that a replacement had been arranged and would be sent to me. Great service.

This is the second replacement for the CO alarm. Luckily I still had the original receipt for the first one which failed after about 10 months.
As we use it in the motorhome it wasn't needed again until April when it flashed a warning light (I did check it straight away on receipt)
Both times Nikkita dealt with the problem promptly and I now have another replacement. Hopefully it will last longer than the others.

After contacting Fireangel about a CO-9X Carbon Monoxide Alarm with a 10 year battery life.
The unit has failed after 6 years and Fireangel are not prepared to do anything.
So just a heads up if you are thinking of buying a sealed unit.
I also asked if any allowance could be given off a new model but was told no because I couldn’t produce a receipt and the house which I purchased with the alarm fitted is not a new build.
Clearly this product is not as described WHOEVER purchased it.
Described as a 10 year life only lasting 6.
Needless to say I will not be installing a Fireangel product.
