The alarms worked exactly as stated and were relatively easy to install.
However one of the adhesive pads supplied did not appear sticky enough and the alarm fell from.the ceiling triggering all the other alarms!

I miss ordered the detectors I wanted, once I realised my mistake I contacted Linkd Alarms office to return the equipment and replace with the correct type of detectors.
This prosses could not have been easier, the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. the equipment was exchanged on the same day the goods arrived at the Linkd office.
I was very pleased with the service and the product, Linked added extra devices to the bundle and it was just a case of fitting the detectors and demonstrating the system to the customer.
