Fantastic customer service! I advised by email that my alarm had stopped working, a replacement was quickly arranged with kind and courteous replies from Alan. Thank you again, Alan—your positivity and helpfulness are truly appreciated, especially since they’re so often missing when dealing with companies via email.

I bought an expensive mains powered FireAngel hardwired alarm system, with, I thought, the ability to control it, without broom handles on their Android app. I discovered from the very helpful (a shout out for Carol) helpdesk staff after installation that:
1. The app is only compatible with the wireless, not hardwired system configuration. Back up the steps.
2. Android phones have problems logging in to the app, as the sign up button is off the screen.
3. The app can't turn the alarm off anyway, as it is illegal for it to do so. Nothing in Fireangel's accompanying leaflets or on their website to tell you any of this.
Back goes the wireless gateway. I could get Back to the broom handle,

FireAngel is either falsely advertising or has faulty products. Regardless, they were unwilling to honour their 10 year guarantee. The fire/smoke alark expired at circa 7 years. Customer Service was dismissive and rude and it seemed clear they couldn’t care less about it, and make it as hard as possible for you to be reimbursed for the remainder of the battery life or for it to be deducted from the next purchase. Also, see reviews under other slightly different names for FireAngel, which are very poor. I imagine they started this new thread under a slightly different name to distance themselves from their own bad reviews.

I recently bought a carbon monoxide alarm. Great product, it’s really easy to set up / use, and Alan couldn’t have been more helpful and quick to respond when I emailed technical support to ask for a manual in large print. I will use this company again in the future and would happily recommend them to family and friends.

I phoned with a complaint really but was totally put at my ease by the helpful assistant who explained how I could disable the alarm and told me she would put a new unit in the post.

Only rang them to seek technical support on why an alarm I'd purchased in 2021 was activating without fire/smoke. Alan patiently and politely did some troubleshooting with me and concluded the unit had developed a fault. He advised that if I find proof of purchase they'd replace the unit free of charge. Luckily, I was able to locate the receipt. I sent this via e-mail and within a couple of hours received one back saying a replacement will be dispatched in 7-10 days.
Obviously feeling a little nervous of not having a working smoke alarm for the next 7-10 days but overall this went above and beyond my expectations. Would certainly buy again.

I had a faulty smoke detector which was still within the 5 year warranty. Sent an email explaining the issues and what I had done to test and confirm the problem. Robbie answered my email and requested my proof of purchase (i forgot this with my initial email). Following receipt of the proof of purchase and replacement alarm was dispatched and with no further input required. 8 Days from the initial email to recieving the warranty replacement. All in all a really pleasant experience thankyou Robbie.

I have adjusted the review because they did respond via trust pilot and still sent a new copy. Thank you for that.
I got a neat response to that I am entitled to warranty. The fire alarm would be delivered within 10-15 working days. Unfortunately not received. Also no response to my reminder emails. Unfortunately, Robbie Rike therefore gets 1 star.

I had a problem with a battery failing early. I contacted the customer service with pictures of dates on bottom of alarm&got a very quick reply from Nikkita who managed my warranty claim .a replacement alarm has been sent out and I have now received .as a company fire angel have given a first class customer service. if all there agents are as helpful and efficient as nakkita then they have a great customer service. team,that they should be very proud of. A very happy customer. Andrew Butchers.

Contacted them last night about what I thought was a fault with my carbon monoxide unit I received a email back just after eight this morning from a Robbie, who explained how to test my unit again and explained to me other questions I had about the unit. After a couple of emails back and forth Robbie was very helpful, knowledgeable and importantly reassured me that my unit was working and safe.

Had a small issue with a smoke alarm, which was replaced with no quibble. I wish more companies were this easy to deal with.

The Customer Service Team, Robbie, Alan and Sophia, were excellent. Each time I called, they answered the phone within seconds. They were extremely polite, very helpful and efficient, and a pleasure to talk to. A resolution to the issue was accomplished very quickly. I am almost 70 years old and must say, this is the best sales aftercare that I have ever experienced. The quality of Fireangels' staff is second to none. They are a credit to the Company.
