We had a great experience with Fix Auto.
They contacted us when instructed by our Insurers and guided us through the process very professionally at all stages, from collecting our vehicle on the agreed date, to delivering back to us on completion.
The work done was exceptionally high quality and the vehicle was fully valeted on delivery back to us.
We would highly recommend them to any prospective client!

Quality of repair is good but …
Quality of repair is good but communication somewhat haphazard as to when repair would be completed. Several requests for a minor repair quote were either forgotten or overlooked
Courtesy car was pretty basic and had only a few miles of fuel in the tank

It’s good to deal with an organisation that is professional, courteous, helpful and efficient. Courtesy car was perfect for my needs, and delivered promptly to my home. I had regular updates on progress and the repair was completed ahead of schedule. The bodywork and associated repairs appear first class. Would recommend.

I never got a replacement car until insurance company stepped in after I made a complaint .
Was a nightmare for me to get to work .
Wrong part was ordered so small job took alot longer...again lack of communication...

Drivers side damage to wheel arch
Had to use them due to insurance. They estimated less than a week. Had my car for a week completed no work did not contact me. I called them they then said another 3 weeks so I took my car back and booked it in(they couldn't tell me why so much longer) then the second time they had my car for 3 weeks, when I collected my car the work wasn't complete properly so have had to book it in for a third time. If they do call and give a time the car will be done it won't be accurate and they will expect the courtsey car back within 24 hours or will start charging daily. I work away so this only changed when my insurance company called them. Really poor customer service. Work not complete to standard. Length of time is unacceptable. Will NEVER use this company by choice. Dreadful experience.

We understand your frustration with the delays and the quality of the work. for clarity we should note that our system shows we had your car for two and a half working days the first time and two weeks when it came in for repairs, we did have delays, one of which was that your car had non original decals that didn't match the vin number, meaning we had to re order and get you back in, we don't typically charge for courtesy cars but you did say we couldn't have ours back if we didn't return yours by a certain date, We strive to provide excellent service and are disappointed to hear your experience fell short of your expectations. We value your feedback and will use it to improve our processes and communication.

The repair itself is excellent
The repair itself is excellent, but different people said different things about when it would be ready, then I was told there was no courtesy car. They’d had it for two weeks while I was away. Eventually I got a car and the service was good and a week and a half later I got my car back.

Excellent work very pleased
From the first point of contact everyone was very helpful polite and sympathetic with my situation on the phone . When the gentleman came to collect my car he was very polite and friendly . The company kept me informed on how my repair was going . When I went to collect my car they were very helpful and friendly and showed me what work they have done . I was very pleased with the work they had done first class work fair play good as new . I would definitely recommend this company for any work that needs doing on your vehicle .
