Excellent service from start to finish. We were a third party having some damage repaired. FixAuto picked up our car and dropped it back to us, they kept us updated the whole way. Couldn’t recommend more, especially Ruth, thank you so much for your fantastic customer service and help!

Repairs completed perfectly and the admin staff were brilliant

Finally I have recieved my Honda Jazz back on 28th of July after it was recieved at the Bournemouth branch of Fix-Auto on the 20th of February. The front end repair took over 5 months to be completed. Communication from Fix-Auto was very poor for the first several months with the small amount of information provided being mostly misleading and incorrect. However, in early July I made contact with Chris Clemens who was very helpful and explained
to me the problems involved with the repair and
the reasons for the long delay. This was much appreciated. The repair work looks to be of an excellent standard and the car looks like brand new.

After messing me around for a week and ringing them everyday trying to get them to take car for a repair they have now refused based on not having capacity. Incredibly rude woman lying on the phone that they only heard from me today when they sent me messages last week saying they were arranging repairs and have been in contact everyday. Not one apology. Might be treated better if you are paying but it seems if you are going through insurance as a no fault claim this company will leave you waiting, drag it out and then drop you. Now have to start the process all over again. If you want a car actually repaired go elsewhere. If you like your time being wasted this is the company for you.

Fast turnaround on my vehicle repair and a quality bodywork job. Also provided me with a decent if not very new loan vehicle that I could use for my work.
Would use them again but after two repairs in a year hope I don't need to.

this service was quick and efficient, the phone staff and delivery staff had excellent customer service skills. The quality of the work is outstanding there is no evidence that there was ever damage to the car.
