Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! Couldn’t do enough to help me out especially being a female who doesn’t have a clue with cars 😂 lovely front of house staff and amazing mechanics getting everything fixed to an amazing standard and went the extra mile to make sure my car was fully fixed and drivable. Amazing would 10000% use them again!!!!

Excellent service from start to finish and also help with the hire cars delivery and return - first class service all round. Even gave me a fully charged car back, simple but effective gesture.

The service received from initial contact to drop off and pick up was outstanding. I have t experienced this level of brilliant customer service for a long time. The staff were incredible- Nicoleta was exceptional! Cheerful, friendly, polite- just wonderful!

Excellent service from the start
Excellent service from the start. Quickly arranged collection of my vehicle. Repair was done quickly and to a high standard, car returned promptly washed and vacuumed.
Everyone I spoke to in the office and the collection and delivery drivers were helpful and polite.

Highly recommend
The staff are polite, knowledgeable, helpful, easy to speak to. The service and workmanship I cannot fault. I was kept informed throughout. I would certainly recommend this branch of Fix Auto.

Ver good experience
Firstly the body repair job with my car is excellent. The M&M staff though made a real difference being so helpful when I ran into a few problems because of being overseas. Also I had a vat registration problem with my insurance company and again they helped me sort it within hours, (the insurance company were also v helpful).
So a good experience and I would definitely use them again
