Great products & customer service
I bought a number of pens to be put into goodie bags for the NZ Mercedes-Benz Car Club's National Rally in 2025 and wanted a good quality item that was made with natural materials, in this case bamboo. The pens are great and look good too. Jayden was most helpful with guidance for logo placement and etching the pens with our web address and also very helpful during the whole ordering process, with excellent follow-up too. I highly recommend Flashbay products and the service I received from Jayden.
