Excellent service! 5+ stars to them all the way. Right from day one of emails i had trust in this company. Quick responses and in depth communication. They are here to help you and cover all your requests. They sent out free samples which helped us make the decision to go with it. Our bottles arrived yesterday. Absolutely stoked with them they are high quality and perfect for what we need. The printing is super clear. Couldn't fault Flash bay at all. My experience with Erwan from Flashbay was simply just awesome, the fast communication and response from Erwan made the design and ordering process so fast and with ease. We even had sample mugs sent to us within a couple of days which helped us on our product decision. The follow ups and check in gave this a personal approach and the service delivery was just spot on, would highly recommend flash bay to anyone needing merchandise. Not to mention the mugs turned out exactly how we had visioned and such great quality!

Michael spent time explaining what I needed for the project
My knowledge was limited around USB size needed for digitising 2-5min 16mm wedding reels from 1930-60s. I wanted the ability of viewing the reel and taking a still of ancestors long gone off that reel. Michael talked me through it, explained delivery times etc and kept me informed with tracking the package.
