I spoke firstly with Helen and then Callum arranged the policy for me.
He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable, professional and polite.

Polite and helpful sales person and importantly, there's no pressure at all. We're in a flood risk area and they saved me just over £380 on the quoted renewal price from our usual provider.

As l live close to a river l find it getting more difficult to find companies who will provide a quote for home insurance or when they do quote it is usually very expensive. I live in Northern Ireland and have never been affected by flooding. I came across Flood Assist online and rang them. I spoke to Helen and found her to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable and the price l got certainly beat any other quotes I had received and l was more than happy to take my home insurance out with Flood Assist.
