Customer service was excellent, no call centre, very easy to make contact. It felt that the insurance adviser was actually listening to my requirements and attention to detail, advice could not be faulted. It was very rewarding to have such good customer service and the quotation was immediate and matched the price of other insurance companies on line, I would highly recommend using this company.

Very happy with service from Flood Assist simple to renew my house insurance and they managed to reduce the premium for the 2nd year running.
