Ordered flightdeck and reserve…
Ordered flightdeck and reserve container along with Ozone Angel reserve inner and HG bridle. Reserve bridle was on back order from supplier, but once available, complete order was shipped and delivered complete as required. Thanks again Flybubble!

Professional and serious
I bought a Gin bum bag from Flyblubble.
Online shop, well done, very fast shipping from UK to Italy.
I received the product, which did not fully satisfy me in terms of design and materials.
However this is a manufacturer's problem, certainly not FlyBubble's.
Also, FlyBubble, when I mentioned the problem, refunded me what I spent on the bum bag.
Super professionalism and seriousness.

Match service is very thorough
Just tried the MATCH service for a new POD harness and high B glider. Nothing is too much trouble to get you what you want at Flybubble even if like me you are not really sure what that is. By the time you finish your search you will be infinitely better informed and have tried almost all of the items on your shortlist and finally made a purchase with complete confidence you got a great product & service at a fair price. You have an exelent web Page
You have an exelent web Page. Easy to find information and you were very Speedy sending the item. Cant say the same about Royal Mail. They thougt the package(skytrax 2.1) was dangerous or illegal and stopped it at Heathrow to be sent to a place for investigation. Kind of ironic cause the item makes my flying safer😊

Purchase of a new harness.
"Once again I would like to applaud the great all round (one stop shop) experience of buying from Flybubble. I decided to purchase the new Advance Impress 4 harness.
I had been flying with the Gin Genie lite 2 for some time but was looking for something in-between a heavy full race type harness and a robust comfortable XC and sometimes comp harness. The impress 4 seemed to offer that. I took myself off to Flybubble on a bright sunny late September morning.
What a great business experience and service to the customer that those guys give.... Nothing is too much trouble. The kit is fitted to you and checked and double checked to ensure it is right for the pilot and not just because they want to sell you something. The attention to all details is always excellent and reassuring. Whilst I met most of the team during my visit for the normal 'chat' I was in the expert hands of Steve Simpson who took his time to explain every detail of the harness I had chosen and worked through methodically the most comfortable flying position, the reserve installation and compatibility check (important that bit!). The manner in how he works and the care he showed gives you the confidence in the product to get the best out of the kit when you get to the hill.
I have used Flybubble many times in the past and will do again...highly recommended and great PX for your used kit. Give them a chance to see if they can help you because I bet they can!"
