It was an easy & fast transaction. Appreciate the follow-up that Aina initiated, sharing on information like discount applicable, reminding on message to update, which I had initially missed. I also like that the delivery can be within the same day & done quickly.

Very disappointed with the customer service from FNP Singapore. I have already provided a screenshot of my payment, and I even received an email confirmation from FNP stating that my payment was successfully received. Despite this, their customer service continues to ask me to provide the same payment proof again.

This is extremely frustrating and inconvenient. If FNP has already confirmed by email that the payment was successful, I do not understand why I am still being repeatedly asked to prove the payment.

I strongly urge FNP Singapore to take ownership of this issue, check their own payment records and the information I have already submitted, and resolve this matter promptly. Customers should not have to repeatedly provide the same proof, especially after receiving confirmation from FNP that the payment was successfully received.

This is my first time purchase with FNP, thankfully it was a good experience as Aina has assisted well during my purchase checkout as explained the needful related to the purchase. She has also given promo code during the checkout and make the purchase more value for money. FNP operation team also helpful as they also helped to arrange on the delivery note the receiver before the delivery. Will definitely purchase from them again.

⭐️ Very disappointing experience

I ordered balloons and other birthday items from FNP SG for my 4-year-old niece, hoping to make her birthday extra special. Unfortunately, the delivery was delayed, which completely ruined the excitement we had planned for her special day.

Instead of being able to enjoy the surprise, we were left feeling stressed and frustrated, constantly worrying about when the order would actually arrive. For a birthday delivery, especially for a young child, timing is extremely important.

It’s really disappointing when you pay for a service expecting it to make someone’s day special, but instead it creates unnecessary stress and disappointment. My first and last!

Aina took the initiative to assist me while I was ordering the flowers for my finance’s parents wedding anniversary. She made the whole experience a smooth one and also supported me till the end. Thank you Aina!! Keep up the good work!

i have ordered 2 cakes for the birthday celebration of my mother-in-law and nephew. The chocolate cake was so dense and dry it tasted horrid. The mango fruit cake looked cheap and of low quality, canned food was used. not even fresh fruits.
I understand that FNP may be flower and gifts for core business, but the cakes quality really cannot make it. Not recommended.

Recently i ordered cake slices from them. Amounting to the size of a full cake.
For almost $10 a piece, one would expect quality. As someone who eats out a lot and bought variety of cakes at different price points, i think i'd know quality.
I was surprised that they do an islandwide delivery, so I decided to try. It was a store delivery, so they didn't use FoodPanda's delivery.

1. When order arrived,some cakes came frozen. On top of that, one of the cake was laying on it's side. Cakes were a mess. Zero common sense to secure the cakes with as least a tape so it stays in place. But nvm, didn't think much of it.

2. Decided to eat one of it halfway and realised they sent 3 wrong cakes.

3. Cakes were dry, stale, hard, and red velvet cake's frosting/top/creams tasted exactly the same as the kind of cakes you get in a cheaper bakeries. The quality is bad.

4. Raised the issue about the wrong order to FnP and they kept telling me to raise it to Food Panda. But Food Panda redirected the issue to the store as delivery was made BY THE STORE.

5. I had explained to them 3 - 4 TIMES and provide screenshots of the details in the app for them to understand. Despite that, they still insisted on sending the cakes. At this rate,I don't want it because like another consumer said, the cakes tasted stale. What would another 3 cakes do? I don't even feel honest to give it to another person! Since i hate wasting, i'm forcing myself to eat it.

6. A lot of their reviews are bots. I wouldn't trust the company in anything. As for all that I read, they lack accountability. A lot of these companies rather send the product than a refund just because it's indeed cheaper that way.

7. You get better products of that price elsewhere. This is my 1st time leaving a bad review in food related stuffs because i'm usually very reasonable and easygoing. This kind of dishonesty? I don't support it. I hope that the company listens to all these constructive critics and understand that the problems, for once, are not the customers but the company itself.
Everyone has different tastes,but majority of the bad reviews shared the exact same reactions and experience as I did.

Btw, as I just started eating one of the cheese cake, i found an obvious mold growing on the edge of the blueberry cheesecake. Photos taken and sent to FnP. However, upon viewing my order list again, realised that i DID NOT order blueberry cheesecake. I ordered the New York Cheese slice cake. In total, there were 4 wrong orders.
Just horrible, dishonest services and company.
